Bill's Glass and Windshields (in Ashland)

All I have to say is wow! This is one of those businesses that you wish every business followed. First of all let me tell you about Bill. He's the owner and he's one heck of a great guy. Besides being a great owner he's patient with his employees and every single instance with a customer's vehicle, he takes the time to teach his employees how to do a properly and safely. All in all a great experience thank you so much guys and thank you bill! I brought my 1992 school bus in for a new windshield, which most companies won't do and a bunch of flat glass. They got me scheduled within a reasonable amount of time and I was in and out within a few hours. Can't say enough good things.

Called to check about an insurance claim that had been sent over a week ago, and whomever I spoke with on the phone was unbelievably rude and completely unhelpful. I am blown away by their lack of customer respect and service. I will definitely be taking my business somewhere more respectful

Bills glass has always treated me right. They have donated to causes I support and epitomize the "mom and pop" service that has disappeared in the world of big box services. Prompt, honest, and courteous service is there standard, and the do pretty much anything that has to do with glass!

The entire team was super helpful, pleasant and all around such a joy! The atmosphere was great, fun and easy going all while having a great work ethic. The gentleman that helped me was great! We had a problem with a window that we had opened so far that we had dislodged the mechanism. But, we had also had a problem since the window had been installed that the installers attributed to poor framing, namely that the window could not close all of the way, a problem that had nothing to do with Bill's. When Tyler fixed our mechanism, we found that the window now closed perfectly, so in 10 minutes he solved what had been a troublesome and long-standing issue. Thank you so much.

I have a notoriously tough-to-replace windshield on my FJ Cruiser, and Will's technicians have the expertise and commitment to deliver 100% satisfaction. Also, Brook, the receptionist, provided excellent customer service. They all provide a wonderful family-owned-and-run feel, that no franchise chain will ever be able to compete with.
