I am honored to give this company a 5 star rating. After discovering I didn't have to use the car insurance recommendation, I found this jewel. He wasn't concerned with the deductible first, his only concern was replacing my rear glass that had gotten shattered by a rock from a lawn mower. He did an excellent job and he is kind and pleasant. I hope I don't need to replace a glass again, but if I should you better know I am calling this company. Even though, the company recommended by my insurance I had used once before, I chose this company. Louisiana has good people and businesses! Thank you Big Guys Auto Glass 😂

This glass replacement company is so so terrible!! It was only after reading his comments that I decided to replace here, now I think these good comments are fake!! I asked him about the price, which was good, and he claimed that the glass is OEM windshield and said everything would be perfect. However, when he finished the replacement, I found a lot of distortion on the glass, and then there was no recalibration on my camera. He told me to go to dealership to recalibrate camera is only about 30, but I asked later that is 350!! Honda dealership told me that this glass is not OEM, it is aftermarket! I also went to satellite, they told me it's definitely aftermarket not OEM! He can and should let me know it's not but he can't lie to me. I think he's a liar. Now, I get really dizzy when I drive because of the distortion. I saw that they had a warranty, so I asked him to check it, and he said that he didn't see any distortion. He didn't see it, which doesn't mean it doesn't exist!! I was really dissatisfied, and finally the matter was not resolved, and there was no compensation. It is not recommended to replace the glass here, the price is cheap, but there is fraud! Edit for the reply: Your reply is funny. Don't say I am that kind of man. My friend and Honda dealership also can see the distortion when they drove the car. You said you didn't see, why? You just don't want to take the responsibility. The receipt shows clearly that there IS warranty. Why did you say that you had told me you wouldn't warranty my glasses? I don't want to ask for trouble. I just remind others. You are not good choice!

I went to get my 2020 Equinox inspected and was told that the crack in my windshield was too long. So, I went to Google and found the best name for a company..BIG GUYS AUTO GLASS. I called Gilbert and told him my situation. He called me back that day with a quote that was more than $150 cheaper than the company I was referred to. He came to my work at lunch time on the same day and replaced my windshield. Gilbert was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. A rock hit my window and I tried to contact multiple other companies. No one could do a windshield repair that day so I called Big Guys Auto Glass and they answered right away and said they could do it that day. I was so glad because normally my windshield crack spreads by the next day. He provided great service and it was very convenient that he came to me. I hit Facebook to search for cheapest best windshield replacement places, where I was directed by not one, but quite a few of my friends recommend here!! I called them and they got me a quote the very following morning ANDD it NOT ONLY matched the cheapest price from all the places I had called but they even came to me the very next day AND AS I continued to work and make money - they replaced it - hassle free!!! My son's truck was broken into last night. Rain was in the forecast. I hadn't used Big Guy's Auto Glass before today. He returned my call promptly, set up an appointment for about an hour later, and showed up at our house to do the work. The window was replaced quickly and properly. The price was reasonable, about $40 less than my usual shop. I'd definitely recommend this company.
