I came to this place to get my windshield replaced. The day after it rattled on the side I took it back and they fixed the problem. The problem is when they installed my window they cut a wire and I had to redo my calibration. They do not do calibrations, I called a different company and they came to fix the problem and they informed me of the wire. Now I have to go get my windshield replaced again and it’s more money to spend.

Absolutely terrible, they don’t answer their phone, when they do they say “ I’ll give you a call back “ and never do, said he’d be here at 1 to replace my windshield / passenger window, showed up at 5, changed the windshield and said my clips were broken on the regulator for the passenger window, took it to repair it, said he’d be here at 11 am next morning, never showed up, never answered my calls again, 0/10 do not recommend, waste of time and they never brought my part back, Absolute trash business, there’s better out there do not waste your time with this, extremely unprofessional.NegativePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, ValueServicesInstallation, Auto side window replacement, Auto windshield replacement

The owner is terrible, has a horrible attitude and didn't even try to help. He acts like he cares when you call or come in, but then only gives the run around. They don't answer their phones and if they do they hang up on you. The other employees try to be helpful and nice, but owner and others, well don't even try. I mean what can you expect if the main person sets the example!! T They gave a price and promise something when you initially call then when work is getting done it's a total ripoff and they don't even TRY to complete the work properly per owners instructions. Very disappointed. We had to find someone to install and finish their job the right way. We would definitely not recommend, please don't even bother. Now I guess I know why they only have 3.7 stars. It's rare to find places with good customer service and this place nomas no sirve!! Owner just doesn't care. Don't waste your time.

Showed up on a Monday to have the windshield replaced on a PT cruiser several cars were already being serviced and still was out of there within an hour . Would have liked to enjoy a snack and a Jarritos while waiting .Highly recommend. Oh just be sure when having windshield replaced to have the windows cracked when closing the doors otherwise the pressure can seep through the windshield and cause sealing issues.

Disappointing service, I wanted to fix the electric windows on my car, and they charged me 120 each, depending on the motors, and that they had to order them, they asked me for half the cost ($120), and to have Ablara over the course of the week, I have been trying to fix my car for a month and the manager gives me the long run, always telling lies about my order. Is there anyone who can help me get my money back? Really, people like these who have no professional ethics should be guarded by thieves.

They never answer phones. After finally getting through made an appointment for service at my home the next day. They never showed up. After repeated calls and never answered texts, tried another number and some guy said he would call back in just a minute, of course he never called. Stay away, dirtballs.
