Technician AJ was top-tier in the installation of my vehicle's passenger door window. I called and they were able to set an appointment for installation the very next day. As it was very late in the day when I called for a quote. The price of the window and installation was A LOT cheaper than all of the other companies that I called. I definitely recommend this auto glass company and AJ for vehicle glass replacement. I even love that they vacuumed out the broken glass from my vehicle. This service was incridble ! Someone broke into my car on the passenger side window , I went online to inquire about a quote and appointment at 11pm at night shortly afrer the break in happen mike was texting me by 11:30 getting the appointment set up for first thing the next morning ! The technician was very nice on time and fast ! My window was fixed and he even cleaned out all the glass inside the car ! Price was very affordable and they travel to you !!!

Woke up one rainy morning to find one of my car’s windows was smashed. Nothing stolen, but I digress. The inside was getting wet and I was supposed to be at work. The place my insurance suggested was going to make me pay nearly $500 out of pocket and they couldn’t get me in for like 3-4 days!! Nothing to lose, I called Best Quality Auto Glass and got in about 3-4 HOURS later for less than HALF the price!!! On top of that, it only took them like 30-45 minutes, max. Only had to miss half the day of work and had my car back good as new. THANK YOU, GUYS!!!

I've wanted to write this review for over a year. But I had lost the receipt and couldnt remember the company name. Then yesterday I finally found it!. My wife and I had brought our 3 yr old granddaughter down to visit the Columbus Zoo. We stayed at a hotel nearby and had our truck broken into over night. It was a Sat Morning and these guys were the only ones who actually answered the phone. The only window they could find for my truck was a little over an hour North of our hotel. Not only did they happily drive the 2 hours round trip to pick up the window. They met us at the hotel and had it installed in less than 45 min (broken glass also cleaned up). They were happy, helpful and were the bright spot in what was other wise a real crappy morning. We made it to the zoo by noon, and didnt have to drive the 3 hours home in the rain with a broken window. And the price for this was very very fair given how far they had to drive to pick up the new window. I would recommend them to anyone who might need auto glass work done.
