they have been fixing mt window fir 2 weeks! 2 FREAKING WEEKS!!!!! They lie and say they are coming and then they don't come. I have never dealt with a business like this. to be specific! on xmas eve my diver window was broken, they came out the next day to fix it. he tried to rig my window luckily i got back to see what he was doing and was like no done do that, if it needs a part just order the part. how are you going to charge me 140$ -160$ but try and rig it? NO! so they order the part and say they will be back the next day. the next day comes i call and text no response. they finally come back 3 days later but ordered the wrong part. i need the driver fixed they ordered the passenger, ok no problem things happen. ALL I ASKED WAS FOR COMMUNICATION!!!! LET ME KNOW A DAY AND TIME AND IF THAT DAY OR TIME NEEDS TO CHANGE LET ME KNOW. we made an appointment for Saturday at 2, Saturday at 2 came and nothing!!!!! nothing at all!. so i call Monday he tells me the tech came out but i wasn't home, that never happened!. today is now Wednesday and i am calling them again they are telling me they don't know what i am talking about and then he finally remembers and tells me they will come tomorrow. YEAH YOU SAID THAT TWICE NOW AND STILL MY WINDOW IS NOT FINISHED!!!!!!!. HE HANGS UP IN MY FACE. MY WINDOW HAS NOT PANEL ON IT! ITS STRAIGHT METAL EXPOSED WITH A PEICE OF WOOD HOLDING UP THE GLASS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Someone said in reviews that they stand on car seats but I ignored that went there for the price. This guys abused my doors, seats and windows by standing and leaning with their full body weight. Guy in red shirt stood on my car windows and talked on phone for like 5 minutes straight, for a moment thought my door will break. I told them they should used tables or stairs like other places, one guy responded “you know how much they charge...” You are little cheap doesn’t mean they can literally abuse my car. Owner needs to change this and give proper training so that they don’t abuse anyone’s car.

i had my windshield replaced about 2 weeks ago from them, a week after I got it replaced water started coming in through a crack they didn’t seal up. I called them and asked them if they could repair it and make an appointment. When I got there, the guy wanted to gaslight me and tell me that there was nothing wrong with it. I kid you not, I was sitting in the waiting room for 3 HOURS. They didn’t even acknowledge that I was there and were eating in front of me. UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE, the owner claimed to have my car windshield in stock but was the wrong one he had. Also the guys that were in charge of removing old glass and install new one were so unprofessional, I mean stepped on my seats, door panels, just anywhere they could put their feet on. They also just put their tools anywhere in/on the car without any protection and broke the cowl of my car and left like a scar on my dash from the pointiness of their tools. JUST AWFUL!!!

Made an appointment and was there 10 minutes early. No one to greet me when I entered. Then it took several minutes for anyone to appear. The owner entered on his cell phone and didn’t acknowledge me at all. Another 10 minutes went by (still on cell phone) and I finally asked him was he going to help me and I had an appointment (still talking on his cell phone). Went to my car look at it for 2 seconds and said I didn’t need my windshield replaced. He didn’t want to listen to me explain my issue. We were constantly being interrupted by his cell phone ringing. I told him how bad his customer service was and he didn’t care.Said I should be glad he didn’t charge me for looking at my car. Had to get my rear side window replaced due to a break in. Inquired at a couple of places and then asked a friend of mine where I could go. Best Auto Glass gave me a price that was $50-$80 cheaper than competitors. Amazing quality. The window which was broken also wasn’t working beforehand and now it is.
