Gave me a honest price up front and why they are cheaper than most shops. The father and daughter duo came out and changed out windshields for 2 vehicles is a little over an hour in the heat. Had some minor issues with the bracket and mirror on my wife’s car (not their fault), but they came by everyday and on holiday weekend until it was right. Will 100% recommend and use this company in the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I was interested in purchasing a windshield protective film. I called 3 times over a course of two weeks and I was told they would have someone call me back but I never heard from them. I honestly don’t know if they do good work or not but the lack of customer service has me wondering.NegativeProfessionalism

I had them replace the windshield in my GMC Canyon. They were on time and very efficient. I also appreciated that they took great care of my vehicle leaving it as clean as when they started. They provide great service and value. I will definitely use them again.PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, ValueServicesAuto windshield replacement

Bad business not very professional.Watch them why they are working on your vehicles. To start they were late for the appointment that I made to meet them at there shop by a hour or more. They did not have the butyl tape that they needed so I had to wait for them to go buy some to start the job for atleast another 30 minutes. Then when he is done he has me pull my truck out of his shop myself. I think he was trying to rush me so I would not see that he did not get the rubber gasket around the outside of my window flush like it's supposed to be. I told him about it and he said it was because of the size of the butyl tape. I call and text the next day no response. So I wait until my day off on a Saturday and go down there and one of the other employees is there. The samething my window will not leak and the butyl tape is what is making it stick out. So I showed him all the other damage that was done to the plastic molding that they took out to fix my window. He said he was not the one that worked on my truck so he got the owner on the phone and we made another appointment for me to come to the shop today Tuesday July 22 at 4:00Pm. They were atleast 20 minutes late. So the owner is the one that did the repair. He still says it's sticking out because of the butyl tape. Then I showed him the damage he did to my plastic molding taking out the push clipps. He admitted he used a metal tool and that is what scratch the plastic. He also admitted to beating one with a hammer to get it in. He says he will get me another rear molding set when he finds one at a salvage yard. They offer a life time warranty on there labor. Why not do it right and not damage people's property.I would not go there again or would not recommend them to anyone.

Had a windshield replaced on my explorer. When I went to remove the wiper cowling they said o don't worry we never remove it. I figured they do this every day so ok, when they finished the cowl was a half inch off the windshield and the rubber was torn and ripped in multiple places. Along with the side trim piece was pulling away 2days later. Called them and they sent people out quickly. When they arrived there fix was to put butyl tape under the cowl and glue the trim when it clips in even though it was brand new trim they installed. Very disappointed and i work for a repair shop this would not be how we would have fixed a customers vehicle if we messed up a part.NegativeQuality

Joe came to “fix.” my window Friday . He told me that due to body damages on my car I wouldn’t be able to roll my window up and down . As I was driving the window is literally falling out the car! I called Saturday and asked for a refund or my window fix the owner said no! And said they would fix my window my window is still broken!NegativeProfessionalism
