The gentlemen at B&G auto glass were polite and went above an beyond to take care of my windshield. They were open and honest and did not put up a hassle. If you need to replace your windshield, double check if your car has any fancy features like “rain detection” so they can order the right glass for your vehicle! They do fast, quality work. Thanks guys for helping us get our vacation back on track!

These guys are top notch! Very professional. Replaced my windshield in 25 minutes. I highly recommend this place. Staff is very friendly and professional. They replaced my windshield for half of my deductible. Don't waste your time calling around like I did. These guys are the best!

Bad Business, Be Aware ... Bad Business, Be Aware ... Bad Business, Be Aware!! This outfit is all about bait and Switch. NEVER get THEIR Quote on line, they WILL reverse that and hit you for more Money. So, after you thought that they are the cheapest in town, THINK AGAIN, they will NOT honer their price Quote on line that you thought what you will pay. Better off, to keep on shopping else where, lots of other outfits that are on line who WILL do you solid on the price, some of them might work with you for a better one, cause they want your Business ... NOT THESE FOLKS.

Disappointed to learn, after I arrived for my appointment that all the parts were NOT ordered for my scheduled windshield replacement. Had to wait to schedule another appointment after the part was received. After having the windshield replaced, got home only to find out that water was leaking into the vehicle during a rainstorm. Had to make a 3rd trip to repair the water leak. Getting home after the 3rd appointment, discovered they had not connected the radio antenna wire integrated into the windshield, rendering the radio useless. Service Advisor Mindy and staff went above and beyond to fix the issues I was having with my vehicle. I came in to have my windshield replaced after cracking from road debris. The first windshield arrived scratched, Mindy had another windshield installed without complaint. After the second windshield I began having issues with the onboard camera receiving error codes for lane departure and auto braking. Service Technicians Mike and Sean were able to fix this with a software update saving me $700 to have the dealer recalibrate the camera. Great service, I would highly recommend the team at Newark.

I had to get a windshield replaced in my old Chrysler 200. I called around to a number of places in the Newark and Bear area. All of the estimates seemed to be about the same. The people I spoke with at B&G seemed to be the most knowledgeable and accommodating. Once the job was completed, the glass looked perfect and there have been no leaks or any other sort of issues that I was concerned about while looking into this process, Thanks. Definitely recommend.
