I recommend going elsewhere. They replaced my windshield in March, and it's leaked ever since. After many calls they finally sent someone out to check the leak but blamed it on clogged ventilation drains and cleaned them out. By the next day it was raining and my car is still getting soaked from water flowing in under the windshield/dash - literal puddles of water inside the car. The inside of my car now reeks like a bag of sweaty socks. I've had to remove all of my interior carpet and will likely have to replace it - a very costly issue and the owners can't even be bothered to return my call to fix the original problem they seem to have created. There are companies who will stand behind their work, and in my experience this does not seem to be one of them. Buyer beware.

We tried to get two other glass companies to fix a rock chip on our Sprintervan. First one just didn’t show, and second one said that the chip didn’t need any repair because it had already been filled. When I called to cancel appointment with Auto Glass Services NW, Nick told me that that didn’t sound right, and that even if it had been previously repaired, it could and should be re-done. Turns out the technician had been totally wrong—it had NOT been filled previously, so Nick expertly filled it. He also found two other chips we hadn’t noticed (one in front of front camera on windshield) and filled them for a minimal addition. He was pleasant and VERY knowledgeable. Highly recommend this outfit (and I’m very picky) if you want to make sure your auto glass is fixed properly.

i got my window replaced by this company and they showed up without giving me a time frame or anything while i was at work. i told the technician i wasn’t comfortable getting work on my car done while i wasn’t there and asked him to please leave sorry for the inconvenience. he instead asked my mother for the keys and began to work. i called multiple times asking him to stop and he called me back to say he was finished. i then come home from work to my keys being missing. i’m not sure what happened to them but i never handed my keys to anybody so for them to go missing was very frustrating. he did a great job on my window but now i’m also paying 250 for a locksmith and a new set of keys. 1 year later my keys are still missing. No apology for working on my vehicle WITHOUT MY CONSENT. Your technician got the keys from someone who is NOT the owner of the vehicle. That is not consent and is just plain wrong. I hope you now have better protocols for working on vehicles and ensure the owner of the vehicle is there and consents before working on the vehicle. Big thank you to auto glass nw for all the extra money i had to pay on top of getting my window smashed 😍 i will never forgot you guys and your service 😀ServicesAuto rear window replacement

Hands down to all the great group of people's that works for auto glass service NW. I have gone through the management for multiple times and never let me down. They take there job professionally and priority to fix any windows at any time and place. I got all my windows on my left side completely shattered at work. The following day auto glass service NW awesomely came by and replace all three windows with no problem. And it look really good like I drove off and brand new vehicle off the lot or the incident never happen. Again thank you auto glass services keep the great work.PositivePunctuality, Quality, ProfessionalismServicesAuto power window repair, Auto windshield repair, Auto rear window replacement, Auto side view mirror repair, Auto windshield replacement

Missed their own service time, damaged my interior, messy job, language barrier with technician, and non-genuine part. My recommendation is that you go anywhere else, maybe even Safelite would be better. I was scheduled for 1-4pm on 9/8/23 to replace the back and front windshield of my 2013 Toyota tundra. I got a call when the technician showed up at my house, apparently standing on our lawn, at 11:30am. He asked where the truck was. Of course, the truck was not there because if I'm given a 3 hour window of arrival, I expect that time frame or to be given notice if it should change. I informed the technician that my bed was full of firewood that I had intended to unload prior to the appointment and I would not have time since he was 1.5 hours early. He said it would be fine and he would meet me where I was. He meets me and I try to inquire why he is outside the time scheduled, but it's immediately apparent there is a language barrier. No big deal, but then he scratches the inside of my truck while trying to cut the old seal off (see photo). I ask him how he's going to fix that and he just says "we'll see". He later puts some super glue on it and tells me he fixed it with "a special glue". I'm not amused. I paid for a technician to fix my window, not damage my interior. Even though only the right pane of my rear windshield was broken, which I cleared most out and cleaned up, he ends up shattering the left pane on removal as well, exploding glass everywhere. Would not have been a big deal, except that my truck bed is still full of firewood so now I get the fun task of picking out crumbs of glass / pieces of my old window frame from every piece of firewood as I unload. Also, he left crumbs of glass in the interior as well so I'll have to clean that up too. I waited until he was done with the back windshield to make any judgement, but I think it looks pretty bad from the inside (you can be the judge from the photos). I should have checked before, but after installation I also realized they didn't even use a genuine Toyota part. I paid $450 for a slipshod job installing some knockoff brand called XYG. I wish I had just done it myself. Between needing to watch the technician and the extra mess/damage, I doubt I saved any time at all. Certainly didn't save any money. I'm giving 2 stars since technically they did replace my windshield and it was done the day after I called them, so scheduling was very quick. Since it hasn't rained yet, I don't know if it will leak. If it does, I'll update my review. I've tried to call the office several times to discuss my terrible experience, but they have not picked up and the voicemail box is full.

My husband and I had a very bad experience with this company. The technician that was sent to us broke the first windshield he tried putting in. Than we had to wait even longer in a WalMart parking lot, we were told there was going to be some kind of discount when come to find out it was already discounted with our US being notified of that either. There was a mess left by the technician not to mention damage to our vehicle that was nice and a rare edition of car. My husband and I called to speak with someone and was talked over by the guy on the phone (didn't get a name) than was hung up on. Not professional or customer service friendly of any kind.
