This company was so easy to deal with and they were prompt and responsive. They got me an appointment immediately and the workmanship was exceptional. The price was very reasonable and much less than the national competition. I always try to support local companies and I could not recommend any higher using Auto Glass Seevice. They are my go to company for car window repairs.

These guys are legitimately awesome. They gave me the best quote in town (and I called around), got me in the next day AND came to my house for the repair. Not to mention they offered to cover my window in the meantime for free since it was supposed to storm that night (I took them up on it too). I hope I never need their services again (haha) but if I do, I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend :)

The rear driver Window on my son‘s truck shattered, I spoke with a wonderful girl named Christy Who was willing to do anything I needed to get this taken care of, she was even willing to process with my insurance company – Amazing. A tech named Chris came out to my house and did an outstanding job, he was on time, clean and orderly, and knew exactly what he was doing. He did a call before which was wonderful, and laid a tarp down while he was working. He took his time, but he was not here that long, and cleaned up all of his mess before he left. I absolutely 100% recommend auto glass service of Cookeville with Christy and Chris. Thank you both so much!!

I recently had someone break in to my car at the food city in Rossville by busting out my passenger window. I made a few calls and the guys at Glass America were able to get me in the same day and come to me. Unfortunately my glass didn’t come in on the morning shipment but they kept me informed and rescheduled quickly. The tech did a great job and did it really fast. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their windows replaced.

The service was excellent. Mike went above and beyond to make sure he got my son's window in and installed on time. Was last minute rush on my end, and he made it happen. After I called many shops, he was the one who was understanding and wonderful customer service and also stayed in contact with me on the arrival of the window that he had to order from Ohio. Would definitely give them a 5 start and took absolutely no time less than 15 minutes to install. Highly recommended.

Had to get my windshield replaced after a rock hit it on the interstate. My rav4 is brand new so I wasn’t happy, but the process for replacement couldn’t have been smoother. I called Auto Glass and got my vehicle into the shop the very next week. Robert was an awesome technician and had me out the door in an hour! Would highly recommend.
