My car insurance could not cover the windshield because I did not have a full window coverage. I was told by my insurance that I will be liable for 1000 dollar deductible first. BRIAN was on the 3 way call with them during all these stressful times, being understanding throughout the entire process. He stayed on the line after agent left and he continued to help and be understanding of the entire situation. He was able to pull the best rates immediately and recommended products that I could afford with a cash price. I called a few companies that were known for their low price, guess what, this company's offer was 300 dollars less than the other company. For third party glasses(oem compatible) was huge 100 dollars cheaper! Some companies are out to get you during the stressful times. I wasn't sure if I could drive another day with this windshield crack. He kept on top of communication and was super accurate with his delivery. This company hires a quality serviceman too.
