I got into an accident on Friday and my windshield was shattered. I called so many places and the prices were through the roof and some places I never even got a call back. I called Auto Glass Pros on SATURDAY evening and they were here on time on MONDAY. Michael and the other guy (wish I would’ve gotten his name) were SO PLEASANT, PROFESSIONAL, and FAST. It only took an hr for them to fix it. They even re-tied my hood down with rope for me because I had it held together with a scarf (don’t judge, I had to work with what I had on the side of the highway lol). I appreciate what the did so much. My birthday is tomorrow and I was super bummed about my windshield being so damaged because it was just about to cave in on me at any moment. We really wanted to like Auto Glass Pros and use a local business instead of a big corporation. Michael came out in 2022 to replace the windshield on our Audi Q7, he replaced the windshield just fine, but wasn’t able to get the rear view mirror back on. He took payment for the job and told us to take it to the dealer to have them put it back on. What a pain. This week we decided to give them another chance when our Audi A3 was broken into. Michael sent out a contractor to replace the broken drivers side window. The contractor brought the window, but not the other parts needed for the window to work. He put in the window but said it would be another day and another charge to get the window working. He took full payment and left. And the door is still full of broken glass. So this is twice Auto Glass Pros have charged us for a job that they didn’t finish and my husband is left stuck in the garage doing it himself. Everyone was very nice, but didn’t really care about finishing the job or achieving customer satisfaction when things didn’t go to plan. Which really bummed us out about a local business. Editing to respond Your technician was happy to replace the regulator for an extra $150 in labor, he didn’t recommend a mechanic and neither did you when we tried to get in touch with you about it. We understand that additional parts may be needed sometimes, and that may cost more, but we don’t agree with paying for two separate jobs when it should have been an up-charge on the original job. It is four additional bolts to replace the regulator when you already have the window out. The money isn’t the most frustrating thing to us, it’s the communication and the fact that on both jobs we hired you for you didn’t care whether they were completed or not. And we were able to vacuum out all the glass using the same shop vac we let your technician borrow because he had forgotten his own. For a glass delivery company Auto Glass Pros are great, but if you expect that glass to be functional in the greater context of the rest of your vehicle then look somewhere else.

Mike is awesome. I called and he answered and helped with my broken window after waiting on safelight to fix it for 7 weeks after sending three poorly trained techs. Mike helped me same day, fixed the window, and offered his services at a great price and travelled to me as I couldn't drive my vehicle. He communicated the whole time and better than me. Getting our stone chip repaired was so easy and fast. Michael and his colleague did a FANTASTIC job! My car had been broken into by breaking the drivers side window. Such a terrible situation to be in… especially as a full time mom and employee with a toddler and young kids to transport. My husband found Michael and Auto Glass Pro’s because other companies didn’t have my window in stock and it was going to be WEEKS. These guys came out the next morning, to my office, and fixed it quickly, quietly, and it was exactly as promised. Everything works and the glass is flawless.
