Today was the 2nd time I had the privilege of being a customer of Auto glass professionals. The customer service is outstanding. I received a call from them 30 minutes after my insurance claim. Jason is one of the best glass professional technicians. And I was blessed to have him work on my car both times.This company and their technicians are the best in the industry. They have a customer for life.

Trying to rob me of $400 of unnecessary charges? When I called the person out on it, they came up with an excuse and I called them out on that one as well. You didn't perform work, because you werent honest. The replacement of the windshield is $424 with taxes at your competitor. 2 of your competitors warned me of this baiting tactic you preformed. That stuff might work on Insurance Companies, but not people paying out of pocket.

The windshield they put on my vehicle has a distortion due to them "buffing out a scratch in the windshield to still use it." I would not recommend using a company with the chance they are going to give you a bad windshield causing you more work in the long run to keep getting it replaced. Customer service states "its not their reps jobs to notice these distortions as they don't sit and look over the glass prior install" Would give 0 stars if I could.

We needed a passenger window replacement and were extremely pleased with this repair from here. The insurance company connected us with them and we got in the exact same day and the repair was made within a few hours. We dropped off the car and noticed inside was newly updated! The guy was friendly and helpful and even went to pick up the window for us to get the repair done right away. We cleaned up most of the glass and they did clean up some also but did mention to get the car detailed in case we were worried about any extra glass. I will definitely go back if I need anything else repaired.

First time replacing my windshield ever! I would use the Autoglass Professionals again. Seth came to replace my windshield this morning at my home. He was efficient and helpful. Seth an awesome job while keeping me updated! He went the extra mile of changing my remote starter from my old windshield to the new one! Worked with Brooke to get my car into the shop for a full re-calibrated windshield replacement. She is so wonderful to work with, making it so easy and seamless to have done. Not only did they take care of working with my insurance behind the scenes, but she actually came out to my work at 9am, shuttled my car into their shop herself, and then had it back to me by noon same day. The windshield replacement looks great and the haven't had any issues whatsoever.
