Auto Glass One LLC

So, before I go into the story, Auto Glass One was on time, fast, and low priced. And when I say on time, I arrived at 1:55PM for my 2PM appointment, and they took my car right in. As for fast, they were done by 2:10PM - vacuumed all the busted glass out of my car and put the window in. Super fast. And about those low prices - $199 for the window and installation. $50-$300 less than anyone else I called - AND same day service (I think you have to call before noon for that so they can get the parts). Absolutely outstanding. Plus, they gave me a bottle of water so I wouldn’t die in this Baltimore summer heat. Good people, great service, quality work, and low prices. I couldn’t ask for more. Now, for the story and the photos… Imagine Baltimore and a late model Hyundai with out of state plates. Now mix in some idiots, and apparently that means I’m a drug dealer (seriously)? So some fine young fools decided to smash my window and tear up my car looking for the stash - because yeah, I would leave the goods in my car overnight if I was a dealer. Really? I come out to my car, on a day calling for severe thunderstorms in the afternoon, and see glass everywhere. My hood is open, caps are off my tires. Passenger side window smashed to bits. Yeah. Not a great start to the day. Not even a little bit. So I go home and try to clean the glass out of the car - but it’s just not happening. There’s literally a thousand tiny pieces of glass all over my car. The more I try to clean it, the greater my frustration. I check online - window for $50-90 and it’s a week for it to arrive (because delivery services never lie 🤣). So that’s not happening. Anyway, I have no idea how to put a window back in a car. And back to the thousand little pieces of glass - I can’t clean that up. Next I start calling people, and I get some $500 and three day prices. A few $300, one at $250 or so, and then I hit the jackpot. Auto Glass One tells me right away, same day fix, $199, and that’s it. Nothing else. I’m waiting for some extra charges, right? But nope. Straight talk, honest prices, and my window was fixed. The car was vacuumed, leaving no glass behind, and the shiny new window looks great. Of course, I can now see how dirty my other windows are. Have to do some cleaning. 🤪 Thanks again to Auto Glass One, and to anyone looking for a place to take your car - there is a reason these people have so many 5 star reviews. They deserve it. Also shout out to Dawn. She was so helpful in taking my order and making sure it happened today! Also, don’t lock your car in Baltimore. Just leave it open so the city trash won’t break your windows.

Safe lite sent out a rookie who cracked my windshield on a simple repair. Then they tried selling me an overpriced windshield! What a scam! Insurance companies entice you with the “free fix” which usually leads to a replacement and a claim out of your pocket! $$$$$!!! Just go to auto glass one and save your self time and money! Would pay the repair cost on my own knowing that the work would be done right! 5 star communication! Quality and guaranteed workmanship at an affordable price!

I must say I was very pleased with auto glass one it was my first time here I had an excellent experience I also had a problem with my credit card and that my credit card company locked me out so I could not pay for my payment the owner came out and told the secretary that it was okay and to let me go and that it was no problem that's just told me to take care of what I need to take care of and I am so appreciate it that he did that because there are not that many people out there that do that I had an excellent experience there quick to get the job done I was in and out so if you need any work done on your vehicle I definitely recommend that place I would definitely be a return customer!

The service here is amazing! From the start, Mrs Dawn was extremely pleasant when I initially called. I had called other shops prior and no where had my back windshield, rude or overpriced! Ms Dawn had ours in stock on location and were able to replace it the same day at a much more reasonable cost! When arriving, everyone was friendly and professional! Was in and out in about 45 mins! This is the place to go! Hopefully I won’t need to use their service again, LOL but if I had to I would definitely use them again! Thank you Auto Glass One!

Had a growing crack on the driver side window of my van. Was super early and was able to get a great quote from Henry. Called during their open hours and Dawn was super nice! Was able to order it and have it at the ready the next day. Husband asked a competitor (the ones you see on commercials) and they quoted him over 3 times the price and first available was in 2 weeks-(um..no thanks). Next day, went to the shop and everyone was very nice. Window was fixed very quickly and charged exactly the price that was quoted. No hidden fees. Would highly recommend and would totally go there for future needs. Will check out other services as well :D Thank you all!
