Dropped off 2020 Mazda 3 for front windshield glass replacement. Initial booking went smoothly, and an outsourced person came to my home and replaced front glass. Afterwards, front camera and radar cruise control and safety sense stopped working. Took the car back in and was informed that calibration of the sensors was quite a bit extra (and was not disclosed at the beginning of the process). You could argue that I didn't do my research on the calibration piece, so I paid for the service. Calibration took 2.5 hours and the techs drove the car ~55 mi for calibration. I wasn't informed that the car would have to be driven that far, so I sat at the shop for about 30 minutes and then ubered home. They were nice enough to drop the car off at my residence. Overall just neutral experience - wish they had informed me about the calibration earlier in the process, I ended up paying much more than I wanted to for the "successful replacement" of everything. Additionally, I wish they had let me know they would be driving the car for that many miles and that long, I was left wondering where my car was going and when it would return.

Abi was great, Jose his tech just as awesome. This was through insurance claim, we had 2 cars to replace, they came out in less then 24hrs to our home that’s a tad remote, and made it SO EASY. Great workmanship, and glass used looks EXACTLY like OEM!

Earlier this year, a spider crack formed on our 2015 Prius, as a result of a rock being flown into our windshield when driving next to a truck. For months and partly due to COVID-19, we couldn't do anything about it as we had other pressing matters like moving and such. So, one day the crack expanded due to SoCal's summer heat, while visiting our hometown and we had no choice but to do something about it and fast... We reached out to this business and they provided a quote and were even willing to schedule us right away. We still looked around at other businesses for quotes but settled with this one because their first impression was the most professional, swift, and they seemed the most reasonably priced. The day of the service, they asked us to drive our car to a specific location near our home, and our windshield was replaced within a few hours. Cost was $187.46 including material, labour, and taxes. No hidden fees and a straightforward business attitude, what's not to like and trust?
