I was impressed Dwight my visit. When I walked in and only saw two seats in the waiting room, I almost left but I stayed. I was told to be there 8:30 AM and I left there at precisely 8:50 AM with the little ding on my windshield caused by a little rock repaired to the point where I had to look very closely to find it. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would highly recommend them to all .y friends. After I left I immediately added their name and contact number to my phone book in my cellular phone. Great job buys!!

I needed to get my windshield replaced and the auto glass now was the place where I got a new windshield before. The service that I received on the previous visit assured me that I could rely on them to to replace my windshield that was broken this time. The sales and service people were professional, knowledgeable, and outstanding in their service. My windshield was replaced within 45 minutes. If I ever need any glass work done on my vehicles I will definitely return to Auto Glass now

An 18 wheeler merged into traffic on I-55 traveling at a high rate of speed forcing us into the left lane and throwing a rock into my passenger window and cracked it. I called Auto Glass Now. Both gentleman I spoke with were very helpful and told me that my passenger glass was in stock and could be replaced between 2:00 and 3:00. I called my insurance carrier and told them. Auto Glass Now was aim their network and every was put into place and Auto Glads now talked with my insurance company and took care of my claim. The new glass was I installed in less than an hour and all their work was warranted. Great Service. I went in only expecting to buy a back glass for my truck. I had a crack in the windshield, but I said I would get it replaced later. The nice man at the front desk said he could give me a discount on the glasses if I wanted the work done today. He gave me a fair price on the windshield, back glass and the calibration plus a discount. He gave me a reasonable estimate and when I paid the bill, it wasn’t a penny more than the estimate. High quality glass materials, excellent installation and calibration. I will be back for any glass needs. Excellent customer service with no hassle and no sales pressure. I am a satisfied customer.

I took my 2010 bmw for a windshield replacement at the Auto Glass shop on HWY 80, in Pearl, Mississippi. The gentleman at the front desk was quite polite and courteous. The windshield installation appeared to be fine. However, after windshield the installation, my navigation display and my radio screen went black and gray. Obviously, something went wrong, because my display was working fine when I arrived at the shop. After noticing the problem, I went inside and asked the front desk gentleman to come out to the car and I showed him what was wrong with the display. He went back inside and called the technician that worked on the windshield replacement. The technician came to the car and I showed him the faulty display. He insisted that he didn’t touch the display or the radio, and was not responsible for whatever was wrong. After the technician, the store manager came out to the car, looked at the display, and claimed that nobody at the shop was responsible for whatever happened to the radio screen and the display. At this point, after this experience, I would not recommend Auto Glass to any potential customers, because in my view, the technicians and the shop manager did not and would not assume responsibility for what they did to my car. They are not trustworthy professionals. They supposedly fixed one item and created another problem. They are not worthy of any customer’s business. If you go to them, you are at your Own Risk!!!

It's not very often that a company, their employees, and service do everything so damn well that it could be considered perfect, but Auto Glass Now proved to me that it can still be done recently. I looked online for a windshield replacement shop that offered online quotes for service and although I had previously tried AGN back in 2018 with poor results, I thought they were worth reconsidering due to the never-ending construction that was present on US-49/Richland at that time...(I don't see how any business located in that area survived). Within 5 minutes, I received a call from an Auto Glass Now rep for some additional information on my 2010 Nissan Xterra for a price quote and available time slots - I liked the price and availability so we made the appointment for a couple of days away. The following day, I received a call from Dimetri (hope I'm spelling that correctly) - we verified my information and he let me know that they were moving their shop/services to a new location and wouldn't be ready for at least 2 weeks, BUT, instead of moving the appointment, he offered to send his mobile crew to my home for a windshield replacement at no additional charge. He was so personable and easy to talk to, it felt like I was speaking with an friend who was looking out for my interests! The following day, his technician Joseph, texted me he was on his way and gave me his arrival time via GPS and pulled up right on time and completed everything within 15-20 minutes...both Joseph and his assistant were awesome - explained post-windshield replacement do's/don't, reviewed my charges and processed my payment - and it was exactly the amount I was quoted initially and there were NO "gotchas" or surprise surcharges. The entire experience from the initial quote call, to Dimitri's follow-up scheduling, to Joseph's arrival & excellent service was just incredible from start to finish and it was so positive, it felt good to experience.
