They are great! A lot LESS EXPENSIVE THAN SAFELITE!!! The only drawback is their parts supplier does not include the KIA window brackets with their glass. They were able to order some after the fact last time but this time all the warehouses were out (probably caused by all the up-tik in break ins from TIK TOK challenge). This time I have to buy it after the repair and get them installed later. I just won't be able to raise and lower the window. They significantly reduced the quoted install price though which was great! Will be using them still for all my auto glass needs!

I scheduled this about a week before the actual changing of the windshield. Unfortunately, the rain it from being done on the day I wanted it done so it had to be rescheduled. The gentleman came out to the house and change the windshield, and it was good about halfway through. He came and asked me if I wanted some aftermarket trim, put on the top of the windshield to take up the little gap that was naturally there from the manufacturer, I told him no so he finished up and I went to pay, and I noticed that there was little shards of glass everywhere, all over my seat, all over the floor in the carpet and the instrument panel. Everywhere basically even on the paint on the roof of the car was like glass dust was everywhere. I asked the technician how he was going to clean that up and he suggested to me that I go get a car wash. He made no attempt to even clean up any of the glass. It was so much glass on my seat cover. I was afraid to sit on it for being cut so he left I cleaned up the mess the next day I received the invoice and noticed that there was a $21 charge for some additional aftermarket trim that I was charged for . I called the office and spoke to the lady and she said she’d have a manager call me back. I got a text at 10 after four that there was a piece of aftermarket trim at the bottom of the windshield on my car and that’s what the charge was for. And if I could get to their shop in the next 30 minutes, they would show me . I watch the technician put the glass in my car. There was no additional trim used other than what was on my car to begin with. I know it’s only $21 but it’s kind of the principal that they’re willing to go to such links to cheat you out of $21 , also leaving your car such a mess that if I had children, I would be afraid to let them back in that car with all the glass that was left behind. I did my homework. I read all the reviews these people got really good reviews. My experience, however, was somewhat different , just my luck I guess and I get to pay an extra $21 for something I didn’t receive. Three stars is the best I can give them and I will not give them any more business.

Got a crack in my windshield just a few days before a road trip. Called here immediately after hanging up with my insurance, and they were able to get me in the next day. They were faster than they'd estimated, and did a good clean job as well as being friendly. They were thorough in explaining what to expect as well as what they offer if my windshield were to get damaged again. Well, given my luck, I was in 2 weeks later after taking another rock and being gifted a fat chip. They repaired it for me in just a few minutes right when I went in- for free. 5 stars for the hospitality though; I had my kiddo along, who was particularly interested in the process. They caught him watching through the window, and invited him out to see and explain what they were doing. Although I'm genuinely not hoping to be taking anymore damage to my vehicle, they have definitely earned my sole patronage should the need arise.

Prompt reply for scheduling window repair. However I’m not sure they do a lot of mobile repairs. The tech who arrived at my home was not able to complete the work and asked me to bring the car to their shop to finish up. Then I received an automated text saying they would be out the next day between 8-5, which is a pretty big window of time to wait. I called the shop to confirm it was a mobile visit. A few hours later the tech asked if I could come to the shop and I explained I would prefer the mobile visit and that the office had confirmed it. He still tried to convince me to come in but finally agreed to come back to the house. They did finally arrive after 5:30 and complete the work. I’m giving two stars because of the scheduling and inconvenience of having him come out twice.

8th Windshield replacement with Auto Glass now. Never had a problem until now. The service technician was extremely rude, lacked communication and you could tell he didn't want to change the windshield. This was first visit for this job. He was in the middle of a you tube video on Saturday 1 hour before closing and once again didn't want to do the job. So he told me I needed to reschedule. I rescheduled for Monday and got $20 off. I sent 1 of my employees down to have the job done. He called me about 40 minutes later and asked what this guys problem is, so it's not just me. The product quality is great! its just this technicians poor attitude that was the issue. I would go back and hope to have someone else do the job..

Horrible experience. From representatives, technicians and even the manager Ryan Dunn. This shop came out to repair a chip in the windshield on a claim filed by Silverrock and left it looking worse. Where I understand chip repair is not cosmetic, leaving it looking worse than it was, is unacceptable. While expressing my concerns to the manager Ryan, I was asked "Are you done" Completely unprofessional, the tech even pealed out and had attitude when I expressed my discontent with the job he did. Avoid this place if you value things such as customer service and a job well done
