I was very happy with the final price (paid out of pocket) and the ease of scheduling, etc. I was very dissatisfied when I picked up my vehicle and the office attendant informed me the ‘technician’ broke off a large portion of the windshield/wiper plastic fascia. She said the technician said it was brittle due to weather exposure, but upon visual observation it seems that the technician was trying to cut corners on the job and not take time to loosen the screws and pull this back, but instead tried bending it out of the way and it broke. Had this not happened, of if they would have reduced the final cost accordingly to make up for it, I would have given a 5-star review because everything else was well done.

On July 31, 2024 took my car to Auto Glass Now located at 6700 Midlothian Turnpike, Richmond, Va. where they installed a front driver glass. I noticed when I'm driving I hear this loud air sounds as if air is coming into the car. I called that same day, talk to someone at the call center and she told me to wait a week to see if it goes away, well it didn't. While waiting it out I'm noticing small bugs making their way into my car, crawling on me while I'm driving. I called multiple time to see if I could get this issue fixed, I kept getting the car center, which really didn't help. I finally received the store manager at that location and she told me to come in but I need to come in before 5pm because that when the technicians leave but they close at 6pm smh. I don't get off work until 4:30pm and about time I get there the tech would be gone for the day. So I decided to go my lunch break (August 7, 2024) I thought it would be a quick fix, and of course it wasn't it took them over an hour to look at the car just to tell me, it's a defect window and that I would have to get replaced, after I've already gotten the window tinted to match the rest. The store manager (Gina/Jenny) wasn't any help and basically said we can replace the window but can't do anything about my tint. I think it's unfair and unacceptable, it's not my fault they decided to put a faulty window on my car. It's unacceptable how I have to keep call asking for a regional manger (Shannon), they keep giving her my information and I still haven't heard anything from anyone since Wednesday (8/7/2024). I had other companies that I could've gone with but I chose Auto Glass Now, which was clearly which was clearly a huge mistake, every since dealing with this company has been nothing but a big headache, waste of time, money, and gas. I would like someone higher than the store manager and the district manager to contact me ASAP to fix this.

Did not show up date scheduled claiming weather as the culprit, Ok with that, but showed the next day with wrong windshield. They said they would contact us once the windshield came in. They showed up the next afternoon un announced. They were advised that the vehicle would be here on this particular day. They then showed on the 4th day and replaced the windshield. When my son went to use his car he found dark stains on drivers seat and trim around window. I asked that they come and clean these areas and they scheduled to return on 5th day. The technician claimed they did not create these stains. They could have cleaned the areas and had somewhat content customer, but instead implied my son was lying. Had a great experience with this Auto Glass Now location! Shoutout to Trey and his team for going above and beyond to fix an issue that happened at a different location. They were able to quickly fit me in and order a replacement part that had been broken elsewhere. Trey took the time to explain what happened, how it could be fixed, and even gave me his direct number in case I had any issues. He made sure everything was secure and ready for my trip the next day, and assured me they would follow up once the replacement part arrived to finish the job. For context, on 7/3, I went to a different Auto Glass Now location for a windshield replacement, which unfortunately didn’t go as planned. Thankfully, this location stepped in and made things right. I really appreciate the professionalism and care from Trey and his team.

When i called to set up an appointment the girl had no idea the specifics. That should have been a red flag. I was told it takes 3-4 hours. When i dropped my vehicle off at 9am, there was 3 people waiting and i was told 2-3 PM. Which was 6 hours. Then i received a call stating the wrong window was ordered so it would be later that day. Then i get another call that the window had a malfunction and they would need to keep over night! The next day, i was told it would be ready at 11AM, i get a call stating the new window had another malfunction. So looking at noon. Also, it would be an additional $100. It got installed over 27 hours later and much more money than initially quoted. The icing on the cake…my remote start on my key FOB was broken. Definitely a bad experience and not worth it. When I tried calling to ask for corporate no one would give me their number. Would not recommend going here! Plus!!! My window they replaced they claim it has a motor issue which it never had before. EDIT: why should I reach out to you when you messed up with me?? Call me and get it right especially if you see I documented that I was looking for a corporate phone number and could not get??? Don’t just post under reviews to make yourself look good and not follow through. You all dropped the ball and should rectify. I’ll see if outreach is made and not by the supposed manager that inflated the price numerous times as well as not ordering the correct item MULTIPLE TIMES.

I rarely write a bad review. Much more likely to be encouraging, but I was so disappointed. I chose this place to support someone other than “ the big guys” . I simply had a chip in the glass that needed to be repaired. My first call, the woman encouraged me to call my insurance. I did that. My insurance told me that the shop I chose, this shop, Would be sent the information and would call to schedule. Almost 3 weeks went by and they never did. I finally called them and the woman sounded irritated and said “ you need to call us”. I was then told you could “come anytime” and wait while a chip is repaired. It also turns out only one of their shops does Chip Repair. I planned my day around this and had to go to the one furthest/30 plus min. I arrived and was told with irritation that the shop is closing because “ I’ve got no technicians “ . From the other reviews, I have to think that this has been a good business in the past and is terribly short staffed. One option, however, is to take the phone number of anybody who says they will be coming the next day, as I did. That at least gives management the option of a courtesy call If you are closing at noon on a weekday! I have a feeling they MAY do great work but I didn’t get the chance to find out
