Super nice people, especially Tina at the front desk. She was very knowledgeable and assuring throughout the entire process of having my Subaru Outback's windshield replaced. It was very easy to get an appointment there on the day and time that I needed. They got the job done quickly (within 1.5 hours) and effectively. There was one safety feature that had the volume turned down too low so that I couldn't hear it after my Eyesight feature had been recalibrated. I took the car back three days later and one of the friendly technicians and Subaru specialists fixed the issue and even took it out for a quick test drive to make sure it was working properly again. That made me feel relieved and happy that everything was back in order and I finally had a new crack-free windshield!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Their conduct has been atrocious! They caused significant damage to my vehicle during a simple windshield replacement by ripping a chunk out of my leather dashboard, leaving multiple deep gouges from removing the windshield. They also installed the incorrect windshield and flashing for my windshield, it looked so bad. The flashing was all wavy and coming out at the corners, it was bad. I called to complain about it and thankfully they did replace the incorrect windshield. Upon coming to redo the incorrect windshield. Their tech at that time, also chipped both sides of my exterior paint by using a tool to adjust the rubber flashing around the windshield. I watched the employee damage my paint and I said to him at that time, do you see you just chipped my paint? He said ugh yea, call the shop manager and report it. And he left. Imagine having an attitude after damaging someone’s car. I didn’t ask for any of this, just a windshield replacement. The company acknowledged the damages and asked me to send in 4 estimates to repair it. They didn’t respond until I sent a legal action email, then I got a response for a tiny fraction of the cost to repair the damages and strong agreement for me to sign to keep this hush and forfeit my rights for anything! I could not agree to the fraction of the repair costs and offered a fair middle ground. At least a counteroffer to resolve this quickly and amicably. They’ve since seized all communications with me, forcing me to pursue legal action. This has turned into an absolute nightmare. Please use a different company they must delete their reviews because I thought it was a decent company based off the reviews but that is far from the truth. Save yourself the headache and damage to your vehicle and choose another company!

Highly recommend this place. The price point is pretty good and they offered me a discount for choosing to schedule an appointment by a certain date. Tina and Nia (hope I remembered correctly) were great. I waited for my appointment which was less than an hour wait. They both were friendly and conversational the whole time. Asked me if I wanted water, snacks, wanted to watch anything specific on tv. Great staff and that type of above and beyond customer service is rare nowadays. And they both were attentive and overly helpful when I encountered an issue trying to use the pay in 4 option. They were patient and helped resolved it and went above and beyond to when they truly didn’t have to. They are also very honest company and don’t try to steal your money. A guy came in thinking he needed his whole windshield replaced for a small chip and they went out assessed it and reassured that the damage was not in need of total repair. Any other place would have just said yes just to get your money. This place deserves your business!

From top to bottom, satisfied 1st time customer (local Reading, PA). I called and described my dime size chip, she gave me a quote over the phone, I made an appointment for the following week. Arrived, gave my key. Nice waiting room ie. Coffee, bathroom, Tv. Tina was a great woman behind the counter. If it were a franchise, I would buy locations and have her run them all. Smart gal, and that’s why she commutes from S. Philly daily, and the Company compensates her well. As they should, and more! The young man who serviced the chip did a good job, and I let him know that on my way out. He responded, “thank you sir, have a good day!” Almost forgot, Tina asked me to phone my insurance, then emailed the bill to them, as my repairs were covered! Thank you again. And lastly, the bill was for half of what I had been quoted. Cheers to Auto Glass ***** Made that unexpected occurrence turn Better.

UPDATE:: So after thoroughly looking at my car I realized he notnonky didn't seal the glass correctly around the car (I could hear air coming tjrough while driving) but he dented the hood with my windshield wipers on the driver's side. I reached out to the company, I got an email months ago saying somebody would be calling to help me with it but nobody ever called, emailed back or anything. It was all covered through some cheap company Carvana setup but I'm just mad. The car came and it wasn't the color I expected, the features I read online weren't on the model I got. I thought I was getting a completely different car is what I'm saying and when they say (you have 7 days or you can exchange it for another one) that also means you lose the money you already gave them and have to cough up another down payment. I already traded my car for this one. I'm so freaking upset realizing I'm screwed at this point. I thought it was a great idea finally doing something independently, I felt proud of myself, then it comes on a flatbed truck with a chip in the windshield and the person delivering it says that it must've happened on the way there. Like what?! So then I contact Carvana, Auto Glass Now comes out to do the glass replacement. It was drizzling so he put a little gazebo over my front end. It was raining so I couldn't go out and look. Well when I did I found the hood dented from my wiper. He must've left the wiper up and put the hood up at the same time because it's a pretty nice dent. Well who's going to fix that?? I wanted this to be something good for me. I'm 27. My very first expensive car with a expensive payment. I'm paying $568 a month plus full coverage insurance. I'm going to lose the car honestly. And if it would've been what I wanted maybe I'd try harder to keep it. But I don't feel Carvana really cares. They knew it was banged up and they just wanted to get rid of it. I thought it was black online with a sunroof. It's blue/green without a sunroof and there's other things I wanted as well. I'm sad honestly. I already paid how many months on it I don't want to go to waste but I can't afford to fix things that I didn't break in the first place. Original review:: Would definitely go through them again! A very nice man came out to do my small windshield crack that was on my Camry when Carvana dropped it off. It started raining shortly after and I couldn't put my car in our garage due to other things in the way. So he set up a canopy over the top of my car and I pulled it under my deck a bit. He took maybe 25-30mins if that. Very fast and very professional!!

My initial call to schedule an appointment was not so good, as the rep did not seem like she knew what she was doing and wasn't fully fluent in English. She gave me a higher quite and when I asked for a confirmation of my appointment via email, she just said someone will reach back out to me. Since I had submitted my info online, a different rep contacted me back to schedule my appointment and thoroughly went through everything with me including a lower quote with a discount. The experience with the second rep and the service I received at the service location was seamless. The receptionist was very friendly and personable, and fully explained everything. Their team had me in and out of there in less time than expected. Other than the initial experience with the first rep, overall experience afterwards was excellent. I'd recommend this business.
