A stone from a dump truck left a crack in my windshield. I needed a replacement and fast. Autoglass Now was able to lower my price by accepting some insurance money. I paid the deductible. The replacement windshield was an exact match to the OEM windshield that got ruined. AGN had it fixed in about an hour and I went for a walk around Castle Shannon while they did the work. What an improvement! And everything was cleaned up too. I am glad I tried Autoglass Now. Having a new crystal-clear windshield makes me happy. They did a good job.

My front passenger window was smashed by a homeless person, so I found this repair shop through Google. During my first visit, they mistakenly replaced my windshield instead, claiming that’s what I had booked—though I never made such a request. While they did end up waiving the charge, they still unnecessarily removed my original factory-installed windshield, which was perfectly fine. For the second attempt, they rescheduled me for another day. However, when I showed up, they told me there was no appointment on record—which I found absolutely ridiculous. They offered me a $50 discount and asked me to come back again at 8 AM the following day. Finally, on the third visit, they successfully replaced the correct window. To sum up: the technician was highly skilled, but the customer service and management were a complete mess.

They were the people who could get to me the quickest. A bonus for them. The day of the appointment never heard from them had to call a few times. Then reschedule, for next day and update. However the update was never put in or changed for the next appointment. Good thing I needed to call the next day and check if they were coming. Because they were running late. They didnt have the updated info. The glass for the car doesn't match the tint of the Forester. They told me that there was only one that came for this car. Yes, ok. Well I checked on that. It's called Gr/Tint. It's this light coloring tint. This does not have it. But I needed this window done fast because the weather in Pittsburgh is absolutely terrible and Swissvale is a terrible neighborhood. I fear for my car being too easy of a target or set on fire. So whatever window fast is going to work. They cleaned the car nicely, very quick about 45 minutes and the tech was a nice guy.

Went to Auto Glass Now for windshield replacement where I dropped my car off and was told it would take around 3 hours until completed. I called around 2pm because I had heard nothing and was told they were just finishing up. Went to pick up my White Ford Bronco and noticed black paint in the upper corners on the windshield, residue like a foam on the inside bottom of the windshield and my wipers were very high. Lady at front desk was unable to explain as she didn’t install so I waited for a technican to return at which point they provided no explanation for the black primer/sealant on both upper corners of my vehicle. He did lower my windshield wipers, removed left over glue on my glass and advised that factory windshields for the Bronco are sent with a foam piece that gets in the way of installation so they tore it off still leaving pieces of foam and glue. Offering no help and saying that they did nothing wrong I left and contacted my insurance company who sent out someone from safelite to look at it and he was very helpful and explained that they most likely scratched my paint and decided that black primer was the way to solve it. Clearly not! Dealership removed some of the primer and noticed large scratch so Safelite stepped in to help me because Auto Glass Now did a horrible job, did not see anything wrong with putting black primer on a white car that has a visible gap, as most cars the gap is so small that no one notices the major scratches they leave on your car. My car had to go into a body shop for a week to fix the scratches and repaint it to ensure rusting did not happen. Safelite helped to organize this all because they contacted Auto Glass and got NO response and I also wouldn’t trust them to touch my car again. At least explain that you scratched someone’s car paint and did a shitty job of fixing it and clean up the foam piece that you elected to remove so that it’s not still fragmented all along the windshield. Edit: the grey in the picture is the scratch that they left and decided that since they had to fix that they would paint the other side to make it seem like it belonged there and “matched” so that I would hopefully not notice. Such a joke.

If you need to replace any windows in your vehicles, I would highly recommend Auto Glass Now. I kid you not. I am really glad that I contacted them and I am extremely pleased with their service. When I called for a price estimate and to make an appointment, the people who I spoke with were super kind and very professional. The price they quoted was the best price around, and my cost was super reasonable. They were very accommodating according to my schedule when making my appointment. There is plenty of parking, and their waiting area is large and totally clean. I was surprised how quick and efficient they did the job. I didnt have time to clean up the broken glass that was on the back seat and on the back floor, and i had planned to clean it up after my appointment. I never asked if they cleaned up any broken glass, but I was amazed and impressed that the outstanding technicians did such a wonderful job installing a new window and they cleaned up the broken glass in the back of my car. I am super pleased with the overall performance at Auto Glass Now.

Great customer service & very reasonably priced ! Amanda in the office is very helpful and knowledgeable. Although they couldn’t replace and recalibrate my windshield over weekend, they got me right in on Monday morning and was finished within a few hours . It was worth the 2 day wait because I paid half of the price every other place quoted me !! They were even able to save my inspection stickers so I didn’t have to get new ones! The location is convenient and the service is great ! My windshield is crystal clear and the calibration seems great! Highly recommend!
