All employees I interacted with were so kind and professional even when dealing with a disgruntled customer (through no fault of their own) From getting a quote, to scheduling the appointment and even rescheduling when the delivery came in damaged, they made the entire process super easy. I was initially told it would take 3-4 hours for my appointment since my vehicle needed recalibrated after replacing the windshield, they had me back on the road within 1.5 hours. Very happy with my experience.

Tried to re-glue the mirror on my daughters pick-up twice using the auto part's store repair kit. Fell off both times. Stopped at this location, the technician fixed it in less than 10 minutes - and for minimal cost. Had I known that, I would have started here. In, out, friendly staff, what more can you ask for? It cost less then the two kits I had to buy and fail with. First time, probably not my last for any glass service based on this visit alone! Great shop!

Very unprofessional, Very incompetent people working there. Don’t know what they’re doing. Went there and needed a chip i. my windshield, they said 75$ over the phone. i ended up paying closer to 90$ in person for just a chip in the windshield. They ended up coming out and saying it was fixed. I didn't see my car get even moved until the 15 minutes was up, they didn’t even put the car in the shop. The chip was untouched, no resin no silicone put in the crack. Take ur business elsewhere, terrible workers, terrible service, terrible prices.

These folks are extremely excellent at what they do! We checked out a few other places to get a windshield replaced on our daughters Kia and Auto Glass Now beat them all price wise. It was so easy to make the appointment to have it done also, I took it in about 20 minutes before the appointment and dropped it off and less than an hour later it was done!!! Very professional and made sure to do everything correct so it would last. Aaron from the Boardman, Ohio store went above and beyond, even going as far as to knock rust off my old dodge and primer the area to prevent the seal from leaking years from now. Very satisfied with the service. Will use again and recommend for anyone needing a windshield replaced, ask for Aaron!!
