I first booked my windshield replacement with safelite and waited all day with no call that they weren’t going to make the appointment. Auto Glass Now replaced my windshield the next day and did it in 45 minutes. From the phone call to the job, they were professional and courteous. I strongly recommend them for your window replacement and they were 60 dollars cheaper. Thank you AGN for work done on my car

Just met up with Auto Glass Now Ft Smith, AR. Called me and met in parking lot with easy access to put in a Right side front glass for my Freightliner Cascadia. The glass tech Josh was easy going and a personable guy. Got the job done in less than a half hour talking and answering questions the whole time. This is what a good, experienced glass guy does. No inconvenience at all!!!!. The price was VERY inexpensive compared to Safelite and I got great service. Excellent!!! Adrian Gofer Transportation LLC

Not only was he willing to price match any competitor, but he also gave me an additional discount for having to reschedule because his schedule was packed. When I arrived on our schedule day. He was extremely friendly, fast, courteous, and installed at a very professional and perfect level. I also left my phone behind in the waiting room and he was nice enough to come back and open the shop with a remote so I could get my phone. talk about customer service. It’s nice to find someone who really Cares he has made me a customer for life.

I came here on Monday, May 12th, 2025, to get the windshield replaced on my semi truck. Unfortunately, they had been sent the wrong windshield for my truck. I had to reschedule and come back the next day. No worries. Not a big deal at all. As soon as I got there, they got right on my truck and had me ready to go in less than 30 minutes. I would recommend them to anyone. They did great work, and their prices are reasonable.

The centralized call center is terrible. It took me 25 minutes to get an appointment. I took time off work the next day, showed up on time for my appointment and sat there for 25 minutes with nobody there. I ended up having to leave and return to work with no repair. I called a local shop on Townsend Ave. Mr Lee was very nice and told me he could repair my windshield but not today due to the rainy weather. AGN was fine with doing the repair today because the person who took my appointment is probably in NY and have no idea what the weather is like in Fort Smith AR. I will stick with local businesses from now on.

*Edit 9/29/24 - Review response was given by AGN. My issue has already been resolved by another company (which I won't name here so there isn't a focus of name dropping) but primarily, I hate to say it, it rings my original review even more true. I called the tech the day of no service, and called their Springdale office the day of no service. Not one person offered assistance or to make up for it. Six (6) days later at nearly midnight on a Sunday they post a review response asking to assist with fixing it. 6 days too late. First, let me say this review is not based on installation service, I did not get my planned installation. With that clear, here's three reasons why I won't recommend AGN now. 1. They use a call center for scheduling. This in itself is not a bad thing, but apparently the call center can't confirm inventory but they are allowed to freely book appointments outside of normal hours. 2. The problem with #1 is I scheduled my appointment over the weekend for Monday. I called Monday morning and confirmed my appointment and it was still good. I show up at the shop and the tech is on a mobile install but left a sign with his cell #. I call his cell and since I'm about 30 minutes early I just ask to confirm my 12:00pm appointment again. He then tells me about how they can't do my install because the appointment was scheduled over the weekend and he doesn't have stock. This is where #3, and the main reason I won't use or recommend AGN comes in. 3. Not one person cared to call an tell me that they need to reschedule my appointment. I wasn't bothered by the need to reschedule, it happens and it's non-emergency. What I was bothered by is the absolute lack of respect from AGN regarding customers. I not only drove 30 minutes to their office (so 1 hour round trip), not only used up my personal time coming to them, I also wasted PTO at work so I could make the appointment and AGN didn't once think they should respect the customer enough to at least call and say they need to reschedule so I could save the drive, save the time, and save my PTO. There was nothing from the tech for Forth Smith (apparently they only have one) in the way of apology, just a blame of "the call center scheduled..." and when I called again on the way home to get info about what happened before I put in my review I actually spoke with someone in Springdale office and they confirmed it was for sure the call center I spoke with over the weekend. Again, no apology, no can we make it up to you with our mobile service, they as well were pointing the finger at the call center until I flat out asked for confirmation of "who should have called me to let me know you were cancelling my appointment? The call center, or the AGN tech." Finally then I was told the tech should have.... but they didn't... and it seems everyone was fine with costing me time, money, and PTO because it's apparently not policy to update customers on changes. All of this could have been avoided with a simple call. I would've been fine with a reschedule or changing it to mobile service when the tech was available, but instead all I got was call-center vs. tech blame game and not one single person apologizing for wasting my time and showing zero customer respect.
