Auto Glass Now

I hit a hawk while driving on the interstate. I was about 35 miles from Texarkana. They found me a windshield , that they didn't have in stock , had it ready and waiting for me by the time I arrived. Took about 30 minutes , if that and I was back on the road. Easy in and out, with an 18 wheeler. Beyond Excelente Service! Thank you for a job well done 👏 Highly recommended 👍 👏 💯

the staff members were polite, replaceable my windshield but next morning the seal wasn’t correct so after 4 attempts to schedule appointment and nearly 10 days later, i finally have my next replacement for the original replacement windshield put in on monday. wasn’t satisfied with the call center whose didn’t schedule appointment properly and who didn’t relay messages to the men working. probably won’t go back again

Mr. Tracy was very professional on the phone with precise information on what I needed and when I arrived I was greeted with a smile,handshake and his attention His tech was very friendly and answered my question about my windshield. I had my back windshield completely shattered during yard work. I called Discount Auto Glass and asked what they could do. The woman suggested I come by the shop and have the temporary plastic put on to cover my cargo area. I went over there and they proceeded to put on the plastic and even repaired a rock chip in my front windshield. My back glass needed to be ordered in and was due on Monday. I scheduled an appointment at my workplace on Monday and they took care of replacing the back glass very quickly. They even attached my rear defroster connections and made sure everything worked correctly. I recommend their service to anyone who needs their auto glass repaired or replaced. Very professional, courteous, dependable, through, and prompt.

Had a huge crack in my windshield that other shops were pricing an arm and a leg!! I made one phone call and Brad was on his way to come and fix me up and he was very proficient and went above and beyond to make sure my new windshield fit perfectly!! 10/10 recommend these guys i’d give them more stars if i could!!

They got me in and out and had amazing customer service. I got my windshield for a great price. Lower than most auto glass shops in the area. I believe it's a family own business with all the pictures of family in there. That's definitely a plus for me. I would recommend this business to anyone who is in need of a replacement windshield for their car.
