I had something smash into my windshield while driving to work on the GSP north from the southbound side and it cracked my windshield instantly. I called my insurance and they referred me to Auto Glass Now. They were very friendly, very informative, took their time and fixed my windshield and calibrated it since new cars with cameras and sensors need calibration done. I am very happy with the service i received and will use them again in the future....if needed.

This shop is unique. If you love your car, this shop is the way to go. Great manager that goes out of his way to call you and communicate, great receptionist who answers every call and calls back, and a great technician who knows what he is doing. I am very happy with the work to replace the windshield on my car.ServicesAuto side window replacementPrice assessmentGreat price

Fantastic and friendly service! We got our front windshield replaced today for under $300 without insurance. The woman who scheduled our appointment was kind and efficient (she even applied a promotion for us that further reduced the cost of repair!), and a reminder was also sent by text the day before. The replacement itself took less than two hours. Highly recommend this place for everyone!

My windshield unexpectedly cracked and i called 3 companies to get estimates. Auto Glass Now was by far the most professional, easiest to deal with and also had the best price. What was most incredible, was they were able to get my car in in less than 12 hours from the first call. Isaiah was the technician; he answered all my questions and finished the job 40 minutes early. Alexis at the front desk was very professional and a delight to deal with. If there were a 6-star option, I would give them an extra star.

Booked an appointment a week in advance and then the day before the appointment I got a call saying that the glass arrived broken so they rescheduled to the Friday that week. Then got a call on Thursday that the glass is not there yet and they have to reschedule again. I cancelled and went with another location. Sorry but your time is not more important than mine. If you cannot handle appointments please don’t make them.ServicesAuto windshield repair

0 STARS SHREDDED&SCRATCHED MY DASHBOARD AND DID NOT CALIBRATE SENSORS!!! Auto Glass Now's technician was sent to a Mazda dealership nearby (Mazda of Lodi) to replace my windshield since Mazda does not do it themselves (they bring outside source in which was this company). We made sure the windshield would be OEM and would be calibrated afterwords. My car is a 2025 Mazda CX-50 Meridian Turbo....I have had this car for 7 months....had less than 10k miles on it...brand new.....no scratches, dents, or shreds, nothing; I love this car and treat it like my baby (took it down to FL and unfortunately a rock put a small crack in my windshield which is why I wanted it replaced ASAP). Upon getting the windshield replaced and examining it to make sure it was in fact OEM, I noticed the dashboard was COMPLETELY RIPPED!! ALSO their technician did NOT tell me this happened and did NOT tell anyone at Mazda!!! I'm assuming because of the location of the damage the tech probably assumed I would never notice but guess what??? I SURE DID!!! This happens when the tech is not careful and the tool used to get the glass out goes too far (right into my brand new car, how amazing is that! :D) ALSO the I-Activsense is now completely USELESS....either was not calibrated, tech broke the sensors, or tech did not put the windshield on correctly. Who knows!! I never had any "malfunction" warnings before with this car EVER! And it's constantly there NEVER GOES AWAY!!!! Best part about this, is because my car is BRAND NEW, it will take months to get all of this damage fixed by Lodi Mazda who fortunately is going to fix the damage caused by Auto Glass Now. They have no clue when the parts will be available and in general it will be a long job to completely fix the damage. This is 110% somebody's fault = 100% Mazda's & 10% Auto Glass Now; Mazda took the responsibility as it was through their dealer but unfortunately Auto Glass Now's technician still did this damage at the end of the day. I really appreciated how the technician did not inform me or the advisor helping with the service of the damage he caused and assumed I'd never notice.... If he had informed someone, I wouldn't be writing this review because I'd respect that more than a company who hires incompetent people with no care for someone else's vehicle and can't even be careful enough with tools or respectful enough to own up to his/her own mistakes. Moral of the story: NEVER use Auto Glass Now for a front windshield replacement and any dealer who uses them as an outside source RUN AWAY!!! Better off using Safelite. ***UPDATE: I did receive a phone call from Auto Glass Now weeks later. Mazda of Lodi told them they were not going to fix my vehicle & that this company was responsible (FALSE - when a dealer outsources work, it is still under that dealers responsibility, care, & any liability falls on that dealer). Auto Glass Now offered to pay for me to get it fixed anywhere I wanted. I declined, because this was not their responsibility to do so; it was Mazda's & Mazda of Lodi was trying to be sneaky & shift liability. I changed my review from a 1-star to a 3-star: the damage ofc still occurred from a technician here, but they tried to make it right when Mazda of Lodi lied to them (& me), saying it was Auto Glass Now's financial responsibility & that Auto Glass Now was liable (again, when a dealer outsources any & all work, everything still falls on that dealer). This company I appreciated owning up to their mistake eventually but 100% did not have to offer to get it fixed as that was the dealer's responsibility.
