Auto Glass Now

Jorge at Auto Glass Now was extremely helpful and on point! As the manager of the location, he runs a very efficient and competent business that produces excellent results at a reasonable rate! Jorge was able to get us in for an appointment to repair my windshield within 2 days and completed the installation and recalibration for the windshield within a couple hours. He was very thorough, knowledgeable about the work, communicative and transparent about what would be done and the costs. At first I was skeptical about getting this done outside of the Audi dealership, but i’m so glad I decided to try auto glass now! Jorge was able to solve my problem MUCH faster and MUCH cheaper than the dealership would have. I’m very pleased with the results and highly recommend his business if you’re in need of glass repair or replacement!!

I had an amazing experience with the workers at Auto Glass, from the moment I called and spoke with the manager Jorge, he was very kind, the receptionist was very, kind and beautiful, Sam the tech who replaced my window was kind as well and he did a wonderful job. Excellent service. I arrived at 8am on Monday 5/06 and Jorge began to service my car within minutes. He promised to complete the work within an hour and actually completed it in 52 minutes. Professional, pleasant. Charges were consistent with the quote--no frills. I would certainly recommend using AGN on Central Avenue in East Orange.

My experience at AutoGlass Now was very pleasant . George was very friendly, supportive, knowledgeable, and professional. He was polite and courteous and explained the warranty to me. He exceeded all my expectations. I wiould refer George to anyone that needs glass repair or replacement.

These guys were great! Every other company in the area had given me over a 2 week wait time but Auto Glass Now got out to me the next day. Their communication was great letting me know when they were on their way and the technician called me when he was on his way to confirm. Sam was very professional, polite and fast!
