Excellent Service all around! I came in this morning for a glass repair & was in and out. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Customer service is top notch. Got me scheduled for the soonest date & was very helpful with the whole process. Instantly made my worries of driving around with a cracked windshield disappear. It was an easy process to get the claim done with AGN. They called the insurance company with me on the line to start the claim. Then we scheduled the install. The Auto Glass tech PJ told us exactly when he would show up with phone calls and texts. He installed the windshield, and everything is working great! I had a pretty bad (and quickly spreading) crack on my windshield; they helped to get me an appointment the next day, and it was replaced and recalibrated in under 3 hours! The reviews and the price were much better compared to others (plus you can actually get someone on the phone!). They also assisted in calling my insurance not once, but twice, and made sure that it was settled before my appointment. I am so happy that I came here and could not be happier with the result! **I absolutely recommend this location (I drove from Boston).** They were informative, kind, and kept me updated the whole time. Bonus points for also being able and kind enough to squeeze my mother’s car in for a chip repair the same day!
