Absolutely horrible, no communication and false information being given. I called in for a quote and scheduled my Mobile Service for Saturday. Waiting for half the day for them to arrive, no call no text. So I call them, just to be told they don’t do Mobile service on Saturdays?!? This cannot be real… why did the employee set one up for Saturday? After this charade they didn’t provide any reasonable solution. Guarantee I’ll never use this company again, and make sure anyone I know does not have to waste half of their day for nothing.

Short version: The representative told me to mention the discount and they would honor it, and they didn't. Long version: Spoke on the phone with someone 2 weeks ago and the representative I spoke with told me the price was $351.51 to replace my windshield. I told them that it was out of my price range and I will shop around. The representative mentioned a $75 discount to get me to book the appointment but I wasn't expecting something that was free and covered under my insurance 4 years ago to be that expensive so I wasn't ready to book the appointment. The representative told me to mention the discount and they would honor it. I called back today because my tax return came in and I have the money to fix my windshield, but when i mention the discount, the new representative I was speaking to needed to speak with a manager to approve the discount (after offering a $50 discount instead of the $75). The call dropped. Called AGAIN and spoke with someone else and they told me there was no discount. Deliver on your promises. Any business that heavily revolves around insurance companies are full of greedy scum bags.

They tried to replace windshield at my office but said I had to bring it to the shop because they were unable to do the recalibration off site. When I brought to shop they did not have the part to do the recalibration and the new windshield they replaced cracked. I went back to the shop again and they fixed the windshield but still couldn’t do the recalibration (meaning all my safety features that rely on the camera didn’t work). In the end I had to bring it to the dealer to get it done and now am stuck trying to get reimbursed from my insurance company. Overall it was a huge hassle and a poor experience. I would not use this company again.

Auto Glass Now replaced the windshield on my Audi. I asked for factory glass but they replaced with after-market. As a result, because the aftermarket windshield did not fit properly, all of the safety sensors could not be calibrated. AGN could not address this and would not put back on the old windshield. AGN then told me I would have to buy a new windshield and pay for a new installation, moments after completing the installation of a new windshield. I was not given my keys until I paid. There was no manager on site. The manager, who was coordinating with the technician by phone, would not talk to me because he was "too busy." I was promised a call before the end of the business day, which I did not receive. I left a message but still received no follow-up. I then check the BBB info on the company. which is a minefield of questionable business practices. The whole transaction felt scammy.

My windshield was replaced improperly by this company resulting in a constant creaking noise that was very constant and scary. When the second technician came to my home to rectify the issue, I showed him the video of the creaking sound and he noticed that the windshield was misaligned and rubbing up against a screw thus causing the terrible noise. His manager however (who was on the phone) proceeded to yell, scream and talk over me, saying the glue didn't have time to cure and this was my fault (clearly irrelevant to the issue causing the noise). His name was Paul and he was was extremely rude, disrespectful and ultimately hung up on me after I asked him to replace the windshield. While the technician was a complete gentleman, I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I have notified my insurance company of the issue and would recommend all stay clear of this company.

I was far from happy with my experience. Insurance approved a new windscreen. It was ordered. I was told the company would come to my house between 8am and 6pm! No narrower window was provided until shortly prior to their arrival. The crew who inserted the new item were very careful and did a great job. BUT the person who was to calibrate the new windscreen did not show up. I was told to take the car into the Waltham site. I arrived and was told they would have me in and out in 30 mins. 90 mins later after trying their best and being very nice to me they said they did not have the correct software! I now have to take the car to the dealer for calibration. So my 1 star rating is directed at management rather than the nice folks who grid to help me
