Auto Glass Now

Great place to get windshield replace. The prices are reasonable, the service was excellent. I booked an appointment and left the car overnight and picked it up the next day. It was a frictionless experience. I spent 30 minutes talking to the manager Jeff and he said that they opened up this year. He’s a good guy with a lot of experience in this business and runs this branch well. He treats his employees well and woks hard to make sure the customers are happy. All in all this was a great experience.

Increased the price by $225 after we dropped off. Even though we provided all the info they requested, including the VIN, they still got the vehicle make wrong. Not wanting to drive across town again, I let them finish the repairs. I chose their business solely due the low quote that they later rescinded. They definitely did not deserve my business.

The install process went well and smooth, but after install was fine, I noticed there were some imperfections in brand new windshield that was installed. Alerted the shop immediately, and heard nothing back. Had to call them the next day, after State Farm glass claims called me early the next day and told me the glass installers would call me in a few hours. Still have yet to hear back from them!

Very efficient and professional,they made sure they had the windshield that was correct for the car, , the installer came to my location was on time and done a very thorough job, and they beat the price I was quoted from another auto glass installer,, This business is on the ball and leading the game ,HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM, You don't get service like this just anywhere ! My experience with Auto Glass Now was wonderful! I had originally (unfortunately) made an appointment with Safelite. When their tech called me, he spoke down to me and did not even give me the correct information (argued that when he said "24° or less" that it meant it had to be at least 25°). Tangent aside, Auto Glass Now had next day appointments available. The technician was friendly and even joked with me over the phone. They even price match. I hope I never need another windshield replacement. However, if I do I will certainly go back to Auto Glass Now and would recommend everyone else do the same!

Very bad experience. Apparently my car (Audi Q5) is the one car that HAS to have OEM glass or Audi won’t touch issues with the calibration. So the quote that I was given, and that I cancelled an appointment elsewhere to take, is suddenly an ADDITIONAL $600 higher. I was notified of this less than 48 hours before my appointment and am told that even if I want to pay the extra $600 that they cannot get the parts in for my appointment. End result is that I am scheduled for a long trip and now have no way to get my windshield fixed prior to leaving. I cannot speak to their technical expertise as I will not have them replace my glass but in terms of customer experience and outcome 2 stars is probably one too many. Beware. Be warned.
