Auto Glass Now

Yesterday(April 22nd 2023) I had an appointment book for 1 PM. Unfortunately, I couldn’t take my vehicle myself so my girlfriend took it for me. My girlfriend got to auto glass now at about 12pm and they took her right away because despite of the scheduled 1PM appointment. I spoke to Mario, who reminded me that they couldn’t add a sun strip to my windshield. We spoke on the phone and it was great conversation. Afterwards when they finished up, my girlfriend FaceTime me to show me the installation and it looked brand new! I told Mario over the phone how much of an amazing person he was and how great their service was. Hopefully i don’t have to repair my window again but if i do, i know i can trust Mario to get the job done. Installer was a pleasure and his work was perfect. Only reason I don’t give the company 5 stars is having to reschedule initial appt, they wanted an 8 hour “window” of availability, and then morning of appt asked me to “confirm” that I had a garage with space on both sides of my vehicle, though that was never mentioned before. Other than that, the installation was quick, painless, and the installer a true pro 👍🏻

This business was amazing! Not only were they so accommodating with my schedule after having to cancel a few times, but when I finally made it in, it was such a great experience .Natalie and Mario were so friendly and professional. They explained the process of my entire windshield being replaced. Despite being very busy, they continued to treat everyone including myself with such great care! This is what customer service is all about! It was refreshing to see this, especially these days. I was in and out of there in less than an hour. The lobby area was clean and coffee offered! I have to say, it’s small businesses like Auto Glass Now in Crestwood that continue to give customer service a good name. Thank you Mario, Natalie and Louis! You guys were Amazing! By the way, best price around after comparing it to other companies! I highly recommend this business 💯! 😊

I had my car serviced at the auto glass subsidiary in Crestwood Illinois. There was 2 chips on the windshield that were slowly spreading and getting worse; the technician did a good job addressing the problem and providing a permanent fix. Mario and his team are quite professional: they are kind,considerate and determined to provide the best customer satisfaction one would expect! I would definitely recommend their services and would gladly go back to them down the road! Thanks guys for a good job!!!

I was very pleased with the mobile service that was provided to replace my cracked windshield.Luis gave me a call giving me a heads up on when he would arrive. Luis did an amazing job. I could tell he had a good amount of experience because he was extremely careful and meticulous during every step. He was very friendly and didn't mind when I was curious about the windshield replacement process and wanted to watch. I was very impressed with him. I'm glad I chose Auto glass now.

Service was good. A rock hit my windshield thrown up by a truck riding along 57 prior to an upcoming trip. Called to schedule an appointment. I was notified a few days later I’d need to reschedule due to the incorrect glass being ordered. Arrived to their site, glass was replaced in a few hours. There was an issue with my rear view mirror attachment where a replacement part was needed from the vehicle manufacturer. The tech brought the part to my home the next day to reattach the mirror. Much appreciated
