I highly recommend Auto Glass Now. (AGN. After my contact with AGN it didn’t take long to make an appointment to have my windshield replaced. The Technicians that came to home to replace the windshield was very thorough and professional. The work was completed in less than an hour. I loved the fact that they came to me versus me having to drive to a shop. I am highly pleased with the service provided. Since my deductible is more than the cost I opted to cover the cost without involving my Auto insurance. Since i paid out of pocket AGN gave me a $100 discount.

I called to get a quote and was able to get next day service at a very reasonable price. Aldo, the technician that assisted, was fantastic! He quickly and carefully replaced my window, and even vacuumed the debris in my car left from the previous broken window. He was kind, considerate, and provided all around great customer service! 10 out of 10 service! If I am ever in need of a window fix or replacement, I will be sure to give Auto Glass Now a call!

I called 4 different glass installers and Auto Glass Now was the cheapest I could find. Appointment for them to come to my residence was exactly when they said. The gentleman called 30 minutes before he arrived. It took him approximately 30 minutes before he was finished and left. Real pleasant and professional. When I called to set up the appointment they were very professional and polite. Could not ask for this to have went any. better. I give them an A+. Will definitely use them again if needed.

This Company is Awesome, Prompt and Professional with Great rates. Misty at the Savannah, GA location has helped me with all my Glass needs for both my businesses which includes my BoxTrucks, Sprinters and my personal passenger rental cars up in Lawrenceville, GA. They replaced a windshield and the door quater window on the same appointment. Thank you again for being Awesome.

Friendly; however, customer service needs some attention. My appointment was initially scheduled on a day when mobile services isn't offered. I found this out after calling in to ask a question about the appt. Then, after the appt was rescheduled, I received a text the night prior to the appt, advising of the time window to expect the technician to ARRIVE. The technician didn't arrive during that window; however, he called to say he'd be another hour. No apology, reason, nothing! Almost as though it was the normal process. Then, a promo code that was on Facebook was refused by customer service/management.

Their communication sucks. I was scheduled for a windshield replacement on the 21st. Planned my whole day around it. Called them twice to see if they were still coming and the dispatcher said that the technicians make their own schedule so she couldn't give me a time slot. It wasn't until a phone call I made around 7:20pm that they said it was internally rescheduled earlier that day but no one ever called me with that information. The next day a tech called and asked if I still needed a windshield replacement and when I told him about the issue the day before he literally said nothing. I said hello and he responded with I'm just resting to see if you still need it because I'm 15 minutes away. Wash windshield replaced, yes. Would I use them again? Nope.
