Do not recommend using. I booked appointment the day before for a noon - 2 pm window. I rescheduled a 10:30 appointment I had the same day for 3:30. Received a call the morning of the appointment, telling me he would be there between noon - 2pm. When I told the technician about the appointment window, he said it wasn’t convenient for him. I have to pick my daughter up from school at 3pm. I will now be picking her up from school in November and going to an appointment, without a back glass. I could easily have gone with a company with better business practices the previous day. The craziest thing about the whole mess is the technician said “the call center does this all the time. We have had meetings about it and asked them to stop.” I will haul my daughter around today without a window, and another company is coming tomorrow. Auto Glass Now has no concern for anyone but themselves. They literally had me to reschedule an appointment for their convenience. Then, they told me that their appointment window was no longer convenient for them, and I am SOL.

Lance is the man! Safelite was going to charge me 720 dollars for a windshield replacement and after taking my old one off and bringing the wrong part rescheduled me a week later. before that next appointment they called me and told it was going to be 1500 dollars. I found auto glass now on a friday at 4pm and come monday at 11:30 I had a new windshield for only 300. Lance was my tec and with over 20 years in experience he installed my windshield with remarkable precision and perfection. Not to mention he was extremely personable, helpful, and kind. If you’re trying to find a good reliable and friendly company to take care of you and save your day, Look no further than Auto glass now. I am so thankful for them.

Lance did a fantastic job replacing my front windshield. Took about an hour from start to recalibrating at the finish. He cleaned up the inside of car- dash, etc. He gets a 5 star rating. The only reason i gave a 4 rating is because the girl who ended up signing me up was less than the 5 star rating actually less than a 4 star rating. She obviously does not like her job and/or gets paid a bonus or extra for each person she signs up. I wrote down the person’s name that truly helped me and when I called back a few minutes later to sign up with her, this girl could not or would not transfer me over to the previous girl. I’m sad that she gets the credit for the sign up when the other girl did all the work and was much nicer, cordial, and informative.

We had a large crack in the windshield and were given 3 companies from our auto insurance. I looked up all 3 and Auto Glass Now had the best reviews. I called the account manager, John, and he assisted with everything we needed and answered my questions. He told me another person would call to assist with filing the claim. Within an hour, Sabrina called and did a 3-way call to get the claim filed electronically. Then she set up the appointment for a day and time that was convenient for us. The technician was Ralph and he was not short of spectacular! He called first thing in the morning to let me know his schedule and anticipated time of arrival. He called back to update me about a minor delay, too. When he arrived, he was very friendly and explained the entire process to me before getting to work. He even removed my e-pass and oil change stickers very carefully and put them on the new windshield! My windshield is beautiful now. It is crystal clear, and all of the work is very clean and precise. Ralph, thank you so much for doing an excellent job on replacing my windshield - I know this Florida heat is brutal! I will highly recommend Auto Glass Now to anyone I speak to who needs a new windshield! I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and workmanship.

I am so thankful that my auto insurance company suggested that I use Auto Glass Now, Gainesville, GA. My windshield was cracked when a rock came from the roadway when a dump truck passed by me. I was so happy that Lance was able to come out the next day on a Saturday & replace my windshield. Lance was so kind & professional. He did an exceptional job. He explained the repair in detail & finished in a very timely manner. I highly recommend them.

Drove an hour from Helen to get to an 8am appointment, got a text at 7:30 saying the tech was running late and our appointment would be moved to 9:30! No one in the office when we arrived. No response to texts. We called corporate and they said they'd investigate and try to get a hold of the local manager and call us back shortly; we never got a call back. Ended up calling another vendor in the area and he was finished by 9:30. Call J&M Auto Glass and save yourself some trouble.
