Excellent service and very professional. I was impressed on how fast he did his job replacing the windshield. But more impressed I was when I realized that he had removed the Sun Pass sticker and the change of oil sticker from the broken glass to the new glass without tearing it. Can even tell it was removed from one glass to another. Excellent job!

Evan the technician was awesome and did a great job. Everything works fine. 4 stars because nobody asked before they came the first time if we wanted original manufacturers glass or after market glass. We wanted original so they had to order it and come back. Would have saved all of us time and effort to ask up front. I'm sure it's more expensive for the insurance company to pay.

I made an appointment to get my shattered passenger window fixed, on the morning of the appointment, a lady in the Winter Haven office called to tell me it was too far from them and the tech would NOT be driving out here. They offered to reschedule me six days out. Not cool on day of to call to cancel for something that needs immediate attention. Very disappointed. Needless to say, I did not reschedule.

I am giving my recommendation all the way Ralph the man that come to my home and did my new truck very experienced. I will recommend him specially to my personal companies. The service we received was fantastic. Our windshield cracked on our trip down from Canada to Florida. The technician who came to our home was amazing. I asked if he would mind if I watched while he worked. He smiled and said, "not at all". When I asked questions about the windshield replacement he answered all with a smile. He did a fantastic job in about 40 minutes and I was very pleased with his care and quality of work. I would certainly recommend this company considering the high quality of service and repair we received. Thank you very much.
