I had to have my windshield replaced. Auto Glass Medics was recommended by a family member. The owner, Rick answered the phone, took my info and just like that I had an appointment at my home for the next day. The installer, Jeff was so punctual it's not funny. Jeff looked and acted 100% professional. The van was clean and organized inside and out. Jeff was friendly, explained what he was doing and why. He didn't miss a beat, walk and talk. Jeff CLEANED the inside of my car with a brush whenever bits and pieces would fall in. I called Rick to pay him and he gave some last advice on the care of the windshield the next couple of day. Rick with Auto Glass Medics is the best! I had a rock hit and embed itself into my windshield and cause a small crack, I thought for sure I was going to be buying a new windshield until I called Rick. I sent him a photo of the damage and he told me to come in, he could fix it! Sure enough, he was able to repair my windshield within 15 minutes! 5 star service, friendly, great communication and he even explains what he’s doing and why he’s doing it to repair your windshield - overall you come out of auto glass medics with a great experience & knowledge. I can’t say enough good things about Auto Glass Medics. I had made a few calls and looked up a few different places to get some estimates, before I was referred to talk to Rick, (the owner). I was immediately impressed by the fact that he didn’t give me the high pricing the other big companies were throwing at me. I was also highly impressed that they were set up at the Toyota Dealership, so I knew they had to be reputable. I was ready to go, bring in my vehicle and have the windshield replaced onsite… but it got even better! I found out they come out to wherever I am, and do the work onsite, no extra charge! (I know it’s within a reasonable distance). If that was the end of it, that alone says a lot for the company. However, the day of my appointment, my battery blew in my vehicle and I was stranded in a parking lot near my home. Well, while waiting for the tow truck, the installer, Jeff, switched it up. He changed the location and came out to where I was waiting for the tow truck and installed the windshield. Jeff was a great guy, professional , very knowledgeable, super friendly and helpful, and like I said… went out of his way. I have to say, I’m 100% satisfied. Great workmanship. Great outcome. I highly recommend Auto glass medics. I had a very negative experience with Safelite and chose not to use them for my out of pocket expense. Rick at Auto glass medics was extremely helpful in a difficult situation for me. He was fair, honest, fast and very knowledgeable. I can say the exact same for the tech Jeff that was sent out to my home. He was prompt, highly experienced and fast. We were able to wrap this up all before Storm ETA rolled in. I needed a replacement windshield on a Genesis G80 and didn't want to use the standard Safelite service. I contacted Rick who was very assertive in working with me to get the job completed as soon as possible. It took a few weeks for the replacement windshield to arrive but shortly after it did I was contacted and Jeff was set up to come out and perform the replacement. Jeff is a wonderful guy, he did a fantastic job on the replacement windshield and it looks better than the factory job. He even fixed some wobble with the rear view mirror which was present before. Do yourself a favor and use Auto Glass Medics if you need some glass work done, I wish every company operated like them. I highly recommend Auto Glass Medics. I absolutely say this is a true, honest, and professional business. I had spoken with Rick who is the owner of this company. I’d like to say that he was extremely professional and communicated with me due to my error of a bad review that was meant for another company. I’d like to say I wish I would’ve went with Auto Glass Medics after speaking with such a professional business owner. I am grateful that we spoke to resolve the matter. He was sincerely apologetic for the bad experience I had with a different glass company of which was not for him to have to do but he did anyway.
