Chris was our technician. He was great. He called back very quickly and give me an estimate. Next day after talking with Chris he called with time to arrive at our apartment. Terrible service left my automatic window not working I finally got it to work and now its making a scraping sound when the window goes all the way down person who came out and did not want to fix it ,Threaten To call the cops because I asked him if he could fix it before I pay him
