I found this place on Google Maps and chose it with a high rating. But! I have never experienced such a bummer! I took an appointment in person in advance for window tinting. Arrived on the appointed day and time. I left the car and let them know that I would wait nearby at a coffee shop since they told me it would take 3-4 hours. I waited 3 hours and wrote to the owner. He said that the car is still in progress and that I need to wait for an answer from him that the car is ready. When 4 hours passed, I decided to go, because 4 hours had already passed and I needed to pick up the children from school. When I arrived at the place I was in Shock! My car was parked where I left it. Nothing has been done or even started. That is, they lied to me! This was extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and disrespectful of the clients time! I don’t know how they got such a high rating, but I don’t recommend this place from my experience!

Unfortunately it looks like my experience is way different then most reviewers but was consistent with some of the negative reviews. These folks came in the with the lowest bid for a windshield replacement but I was quickly reminded that you pay for what you get. They installed an aftermarket windshield from Benson. Once it was done I got in the car and everything looked distorted and the lines on the road were wavy. I called back and they said they would replace it with a warranty. So they come back and the installer asked what the problem was. I re explained the issue and he just walked away to his truck and got on his phone without saying anything. I waited 15 minutes while the installer is called the office, I have since called the office myself and was put on hold. The installer just took off and said he would be back later with out saying anything else. The company is very disorganized and uses cheap parts. I called back in to talk to someone and was told to send in pictures as the installer could not see any defects. At this point it felt like I was getting the runaround and was not willing to do anything else to clean up their mess because of how difficult it has been to work with these folks on top of that the person at the office told me "you have to do what the f*** you have to do". It was obvious that I was stuck with this defective wind shield and was blown away how they could speak to a customer. I was just going to contact another business and have the defective windshield replaced and eat the cost. But then within a couple of hours later Naj who is the business owner called. He said that he will have the windshield replaced with a different installer. He also mentioned to reach out to him directly if there was any issues and wanted to make this right as he is a small business and his reputation means more to him than anything. I was surprised by this proactive approach by the owner and was very please he reached out with proposed resolution. So the second installer comes and the first thing says is "what's the problem?!". Here we go again re explaining the issue but he installed it with no argument or resistance. Now the second wind shield has been installed. The new windshield does not seem to have any defects but the installer did a sloppy job and damaged my vehicle with out cleaning up all the debris from the job. There is a gash on one side by the windshield and some sort adhesive or glue slopped on the other side of the windshield. I did not notice at first because the installer covered it up with tape as you can see in the pictures which were discovered after I lifted the tape. I will also have to clean up all the glass shards from my dashboard that was left behind from the installer. I texted the pictures and explained the situation to Naj with no response but did hear back from him later in the day with a text from a different number asking me if everything was ok with second install. I let him know the about damage to the car and sent him the pictures but have yet to hear from him. I do think Naj cares about his customers and means well but obviously not the installers or some of his employees who handle the phones. As another reviewer put it you are better off taking your car into a physical shop to get these types of things done. We took our Prius to physical shop and did not run into any of these issues or hassles and will be out the money on this windshield on top of the damage to my car. This is the worst case scenario and one of the worst experiences I've had with any business. Do yourself a favor and and pay the extra money to work with another business in a physical shop to avoid the hassle and stress! I hope no one has to deal with what I did.

I’m giving one star because this company does not stand behind the work they do. One major issue is that they don’t have a physical address, so you can’t take your car directly to their body shop. After scheduling an appointment, one of their employees came to replace the windshield on my BMW. I didn’t drive the car for three days and only removed the blue tape afterward. When I started driving at 60–70 mph, I noticed a whistling noise. I called them three times and clearly explained the issue, but they ignored my concern and insisted it couldn’t be related to the windshield. Today, I carefully inspected the windshield myself and discovered that the technician hadn’t properly attached the plastic sealant. I removed and reattached it—and the problem disappeared.

Support this business, they do good work. I visited them around Oct. 2024 to replace the windshield on my '23 supra mkv. I drove up to their shop from South Bay because the techs at this location are more experienced. Worth it imo. Provided straightforward and excellent service. They finished the job within 2 hours (an hour less than the quoted timeframe). Dealership quote for the job with OEM parts and labor was almost double what I paid here. I don't know what the margins look like for a windshield replacement business like this but it seemed like a very fair price to me. You are paying for their work and ability to source quality components. Sure, I'd have preferred OEM glass but I was in a tight spot. All the OEM glass was on back order according to other shops. I'm not gonna wait for who knows how long to replace a really bad crack. This is especially important for anyone driving a sports car or a large truck/SUV. A chip is ok but a crack is bad news. There is conflicting information online about OEM glass vs after-market. Can you trust after-market? Some say the difference is negligible. Others maintain that OEM manufacturers have higher quality standards which ensures a premium product. This is probably true. In the past, I have found the finish on certain aftermarket glass to be less than ideal. But nothing a good cleaning and RainX coating can't solve. As long as the shop installs everything correctly and calibrates the radar... it seems like a matter of preference. Some aftermarket manufacturers are OEE, a true equivalent to OEM without the branding. Other manufacturers might actually be putting out sh*tty glass. What I'll say about this place is that they seem to have good suppliers who don't deliver sh*t glass. That's all that matters to me in the case of OEM vs aftermarket. It's been several months and my windshield is still intact.

Upon calling Auto Glass Force for an estimate on repairing my driver side window(which had been shattered by an attempted theft.) He informed me that his warehouse vendor would be closing in five minutes. (The time was 12:55pm.) I told him I would like to call a couple of other places, he said that would be fine and that he would go and pick up the window, should I call back. After a few minutes, I called him back and he had already went and picked it up. In less than an hour, the repair was completed. He walked me to my car to be sure I was happy with the repair job. I was especially happy that I no longer heard glass rumbling inside the door and that I had a window, which rolled up and down perfectly. He and his employees were all very polite and hardworking. He made me feel at ease, especially during this Covid-19 Pandemic. The price he quoted me was the price he charged me. And what a great price it was. Already my recommendation has led to my significant other wanting to have two chips in his windshield repaired. Will continue to give them great reviews and recommendations to my family and friends. Great job Auto Glass Force.😊

Please do not go to Auto Glass Force or use their mobile services. I called for services replacement of a rear glass for car and once job was completed. I provided my financial information but tech stated he preferred cash. I told tech no cash. Tech stated he needed email which I gave him . He stated my receipt would be emailed to me. I have never done business where I cannot get a receipt which is California Law so this company will be in trouble. The receipt should state business services I requested and receive at service visit. In addition it a receipt of warranty of work. I called a total of five now begging for a receipt which. The man hung up the phone in my face. Call back then man stated I now had to wait for tech to return to shop. As a consumer in the state of California I have a right to receipt at the completion of a service transaction.
