Company’s vehicle leaked oil and transmission fluid on my drive way. Tried to call the company’s number, but a call center answering service always answers. The installer was excellent, 5 stars! The company did not return calls after insurance referral. I finally had to call them after 4 or 5 days. Was told they would call back and confirm everything and never did. I had to call them again. I ordered windshield with 4" tint on top and they failed to send it.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

It was so convenient to have a technician come right to my house. He was prompt, friendly, and professional. From the first contact with the associate at the office to meeting the install tech, it was an easy and painless process. Plus, the tech finished installation in less than 30 minutes. Ballin'! I'd use Auto Glass Fitters again.

Horrible customer service. Spoke with them last week (they actually called me to confirm appointment), scheduled appointment for morning, today no knowledge of the conversation that I needed it done this morning. Almost a weeks notice! When I asked to know if they were going to get to me this morning, represented said... "Have a nice day" and hung up on me. WOW! Spoke with State Farm this morning to drop Auto Glass Fitters from their preferred vendor list. Beware if you choose this company. Going with Safelite.

Didn’t get the email to leave a review so I’ll go ahead and leave one on google. Very professional and the technician was awesome. Called me in the morning and I had to change locations and he didn’t give me any problems with it. Showed up on time and got the job done fast. Called to set an appointment for the next morning. They called and said they couldn't get there 'till 5 pm. They called 4:30 and said around 6 pm. Finally heard back from the installer around 9:20 that night ! This "company" is a joke ! I wouldn't let them put a window in my dog"s house !!!!!!!
