Interesting customer experience, I spoke with this group on 8/4 regarding replacing windshield. On Friday, 8/4, I asked State Farm to notify Lynx systems to arrange an OEM replacement and spoke to Auto Glass Outfitters mid-day Friday. Called the company a few minutes ago and got the run around about OEM vs basic glass availability. Based on what I perceived as a run around I asked to speak to a Leader. The person asked me to hold, then came back on line and stated the Leader was finishing up another call. In probably another 2 minutes, I was transferred back to Lynx systems. They had informed the Lynx company that I had requested not to do business with them. Go figure, all I was trying to do was to get an HONEST update on the glass for my vehicle. I guess Auto Glass Fitters no longer needs business and no longer wants to have a revenue stream from State Farm. All of this because I asked a question about accountability and truthfulness.
