Called around to a few places until I called Auto Glass Factory and spoke with Jessica. The customer service was incredible! Very quick and easy process. This would have originally been a 5 star review based on the communication and the ease of the install with the workers. However, I drive a large truck and I don’t normally check with base of the windshield everyday, so I didn’t catch it until a couple of weeks after. I had my truck hand washed the day before the install and the damage was not there at the time. Whoever installed the windshield appeared to use a tool to try and separate the glass from the rubber at the base of the windshield and in the process ripped the rubber off in multiple places. When I went to clean the windshield I noticed the damage and reached out to the company. They ignored my text. So from there I reached out to my insurance company. They called and spoke with AGF the day after I reached out and shared the photos with them. AGF told them they weren’t going to do anything and that it was sun damage. With sun damage, the rubber drys out and it would crack. As you can see from the pictures it is an obvious scrape across the rubber. It was still soft and had scratches from something around the tear. So unfortunately, I’m stuck with a torn piece that insurance won’t cover and AGF won’t own up to.

I'm not surprised to see all of these positive reviews here.. Hector and his son were an A+ team! If you're looking for windshield repair for your car, AGF is the place to go! I was doing a cross country trip in January when my windshield got hit by a rock that caused a long crack. I was worried about finding a reliable company that isn't too costly in order to fix my problem. I'm very glad I ended up calling Auto Glass Factory. They were very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Even though I had scheduling issues with my work calls being unpredictable, their receptionist was very patient and professional with me and worked with me through all the complexity of my schedule in order to find the right time/date for the repair. When Hector came to my location, he was very polite and professional with a very friendly personality. Him and his son were able to fix my issue within 2 hours.
