I had a wonderful experience from the entire team! The receptionist was very kind and accommodating to my schedule. The actual glass replacement was quick and beautifully done; my windshield has never looked more clear. Both technicians were very respectful and communicative. I was able to get this done while I was at school, which was very convenient. The whole process was very easy and efficient! Will definitely recommend to others.

I called Safelite and AAA, but not only did Hector /Auto Glass Factory beat their prices by almost $150, they were able to show up the same morning I called! Hector was very friendly, professional and prompt. They called ahead to say they're on their way, got right to work replacing my windshield in my driveway and provided 'after-care' advice when they were finished 45 minutes later! Hector was very nice and did a great job. He was profesional and did a great job on two of my cars. I will use them evrey time. This was fast triple A service. You will be missing out if you do not use them. Not just on a good service but on a good savings. You won't be disappointed.

I called them on Friday Evening they told me to meet at Flying j truck stop in Phoenix on Monday 8:00 Am , Hector was there sharp at 8:00 am , He is very friendly, did not felt that I met him 1st time , Super nice , very good Price on my Volvo Srmi truck windshield, He is quick he was done by 8:45 am only 45 minutes, Thank you Hector
