I had some issues with the dealership who cracked my windshield and whether or not they would cover the full cost. This resulted in several phone calls between the dealership and auto glass Express. They even helped me call the dealership to resolve this issue. Kristina was great with helping me through this ordeal. Technician Troy came to my work and replaced the windshield and gave me some good, additional information. Great customer service. You'll have to be patient with them because they are busy but overall great experience.

Terrible experience here. One of my truck windows was broken, and needed to be replaced. I made an appointment with Naomi in the morning, for a repair later that afternoon. I arrived, and was checked in. A short while later, the tech came into the shop to confirm which window needed to be replaced: the front or the rear. It turns out that Naomi had set up the repair for the front windshield, but it was the rear glass that needed to be replaced. Of course, they didn't have the rear window replacement glass in stock, so I had to leave the office with no repair. This was bad, because it wasted my whole day -- I had to schedule a repair at another shop, and they couldn't do it for two more days. This created a security concern, as the broken window exposed my car to theft as it sat out on the street with easy access to the contents of the car, and the car itself. Such a waste of time! How do you make a mistake like that? I went to another shop and paid less than the quote from this place, anyway.

got my windshield replaced in August of 2023 which went fine. I was told to call back if there was an issue. In March 2024, I went to start my car and it would not start. After having it towed between a mechanic and the dealership, it was discovered that there was a gap on the sealant where water had been leaking into the electrical system for 6 months. When I returned to Autoglass Express to come to a resolution, I was initially met with understanding. They advertise that they are fully insured and certified company but after over five phone conversations they refused to provide the insurance information. The company is now refusing to acknowledge that they even did the work even though I have receipts. They are accusatory and unwilling to rectify the situation. At this point in time I have well documented evidence of their mistake from the Toyota dealer with both written testimony and videos. If you are looking for a company that will rectify mistakes, provide positive customer service, or take accountability this is not the company to work with. I strongly urge you to proceed with another company. The Toyota manager has told me personally to proceed to court with this claim because they have seen this same company do this to multiple people. Their reviews are paid and are being posted in return for a soda. The tow, rental, diagnostics, missed work has cost me thousands of dollars. I want to ensure not only my situation is rectified but the more people are not impacted negatively by this company. If there are any issues after using this company you will be out of money and met with a company unwilling to fix their mistakes. Stay away at all costs. (PS : the positive reviews seem bought and paid for)

I was really surprised that such a great level of service still exists. I had broken windshield and was replaced with OEE due to insurance problems, but when I brought it up, Brandon helped me understand the whole process and even gave me discount for OEM windshield with a decent appointment time for re-installation/part delivery. As long as you have clear communication with the insurance then their is no better place to get your windshield work done than Auto Glass Express! Thank you Auto Glass Team! You guys are a perfect example of how job needs to be done.

We were driving through Denver on vacation, heading to the mountains, when we got hit by a rock on the windshield. The chip was big enough that we were worried it would crack if we kept going. We pulled off the highway and found this glass shop nearby. Initially they said they were booked up because it was 11 on a Saturday and they closed at noon, but then they were so nice to work us in! They had a nice waiting room and everyone was friendly and polite. The repair was quick and easy and a fair price. We were so happy with the service- the issue could have really put a damper on our vacation, but thanks to Auto Glass Express it was no big deal! Thank you!

I accidentally broke my wife's windshield loading wood into her car. I was referred to Auto Glass Express by a friend. Every place I contacted had stated they had the lowest prices. I received a quote from Auto Glass Express that was lower than anywhere else I could find. Not to mention they were extremely flexible with getting me an appointment the next day. I showed up a few minutes early and was expecting to be there a few hours. My windshield was fixed within an hour. I paid the exact amount I was quoted. Bri helped me out and she was extremely friendly and laid our everything with 100% transparency. I appreciate the wonderful customer service, the great product, and for getting me in as soon as you possibly could. I will definitely come back to you guys for any other glass/windshield issue I have. Thank you!
