I had a great experience with Auto Glass Experts! They fixed two chips in the windshield of my Jeep yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team is kind, professional, and does amazing work—my windshield looks as good as new! We recently moved in across the street from this business and have gotten to know the owner, Zuzu. He is such an amazing human who truly cares about people and their experience. It’s clear that his passion for helping others extends beyond just great service. I’ve visited Auto Glass Experts twice now, and it’s my absolute go-to for any auto glass issues. My husband, who works in the auto industry, recommended them to me, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car. Their customer service is top-notch, and their prices are very reasonable. Each time I’ve needed their help, I’ve left extremely satisfied. When my car was broken into, a well-known dealership in Charlotte quoted me an outrageous price to repair the back passenger window. I was a first time walk in customer. They offered me next day service, @ my time of choice. I dropped the car off ahead of schedule, they took it in, did the job in a few hours. They replaced the dash cam, the oil change sticker, and my toll road transponder! The experience was very good, the staff very friendly, and as noted above I got my car back with everything back on the windshield. No need to download an app, no text messaging, emails etc. actually talked to real people @ the facility and they scheduled me into their system in under a minute. This was far far better service and results than my last windshield experience with a huge national company. Great experience.

I had a rock hit my windshield and immediately filed a claim through my insurance. I had to select a company to repair/replace the broken glass. I did a quick search from the companies provided to me and found Auto Glass Experts had a high rating and good reviews. I selected them and within a few minutes they called to set up an appointment to come out and replace the windshield. They were very accommodating with my schedule and very helpful. The technician was a gentleman named Jamar, he kept me informed of his ETA and when he arrived he had everything set up and ready to go within a few minutes. He explained the whole process and was extremely thorough and professional! I would definitely recommend this company 10/10 and would also highly recommend Jamar! Great experience!!

I contacted Auto Glass Experts for a windshield replacement after reading all of the great reviews online. I am 100% satisfied and so happy I went with them. Nate helped me to secure the appointment the day prior. He has an enthusiastic, personable demeanor; is very professional and direct on the process, cost, etc. Derek completed the replacement the following day at the shop. He was right on time, efficient and did a great job! The windshield looks amazing and the car was nicely cleaned afterward. I was in and out quickly and for me, I thought the cost was very reasonable! I am truly impressed with their work and will have no hesitation reaching back out to this business for any future glass needs!

Came here because of the ratings. Looked to get the windshield replaced on my FJ Cruiser. I called and asked a few questions as I've heard bad stories about roof leaks and moldings flying off. I asked if 1) they had experience with my car model 2) used Toyota glass and 3) replaced the clips/moldings. All were confirmed so I scheduled for a 10:45am appointment the following Monday. Monday - show up around 10:30ish. Car eventually taken in around noon. Walked down the street to eat and came back. Manager came to me thanking me for my patience because of the complexity of the job. No problem, but doesn't explain the time between my arrival and work being started. Ended up leaving around 3:30p. In the end, the glass was aftermarket. Wednesday - noticed top molding was coming up and there was already a crack in the glass. Called and they sent a tech to assess it - confirmed it was a stress crack and they'll call tomorrow to set up another appointment. Complicating matters, I'm on a tight timeline as I'm moving the coming weekend but was told Friday is doable. Thursday - ended up reaching out to see what time I can get the work done. Was confirmed to be a mobile appointment for Friday. Friday - received a call in the AM stating I had to bring it in because of the timeline for the work (~3 hrs). Whatever, as long as it was done. Said the glass would be in around 10am. Dropped off the car around 10 am and stayed in the area. Called at 1pm for an ETA - was going to get a call back in a few min. Never received a call, ended up going back around 2pm. Apparently there was a situation that stopped work. This event happened at around 11am but we were not notified that work hadn't even started yet. Manager was very apologetic, I ended up receiving a refund and will be looking for another shop to replace my windshield. Now I will say nobody was rude, but there was a point where my confidence was lost for them to do the work. I guess you can call it a mix of bad luck, bad timing, complicated work, whatever. I'm sure they do good work on other cars. In the end I wasted 2 days here. If you have a complicated/specialty model, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. And to top it all off, the top molding flew off on the highway driving home.
