Reza was on time and very professional. Told me how to care for the glass in the next few weeks and to drive cautiously. He was very knowledgeable and kind. I HIGHLY recommend his services for glass replacement. He worked with the dealer to get the glass and worked with my insurance to make sure it was authorized as I wanted glass from the dealer and not aftermarket. He was quick with his service on a Saturday morning and I appreciate the work he put in. If I ever need glass replacement for my car I will use him again and recommend him to my family and friends if they ever need glass replacement services as well. Thanks Reza for the amazing work!

Amazing service! Anthony and his partner whose name starts with and "R" (my apologies I forgot his name :( ) did an amazing job! They called before they were coming and when they were there. I showed them the vehicle and they gave me an estimate on how long it would take and started the work from there! They fixed my window on my 2 door that had been smashed in by a fire extinguisher effortlessly. I looked up reviews and saw how others trusted their service and appreciated them so much that I too wanted to work with them. God forbid I need them in the future for this issue but if I do they will be my first call. Thank you all so much!

I had a large tree branch come through my windshield Last Friday when the big storms came through and made a mess of everything. I called Saturday but wanted to get prices so told them I would call them back. Called on Monday and thankfully they were able to schedule me for Tuesday. I was given the time anywhere between 1-5 PM. Ray came out to do my windshield on Tuesday afternoon around 4:45 PM and was awesome! He was fast friendly and fairly priced. He even helped one of the neighborhood kids fix their bike chain that came off which was super kind! I definitely would use them again, because of how awesome the technician/installer Ray was! The only reason I subtracted a star is because scheduling was a little wonky. When I called I didn't get a confirmation or anything it was just "ok we will be there". Thankfully they showed up but that made me nervous, so I called around 2 PM the day they were due to come out, to ensure I was still on the schedule and get an ETA. I know they were busy due to the storms, but I called multiple numbers and left multiple messages and didn't get a callback until 45 mins later. I almost called another shop, because I was concerned they would be a no show. Thankfully that didn't happen and everything turned out great and as "promised". I would just say Maybe the scheduling process could be updated and a text or email could be initiated into the process to make customers feel more comfortable. Everything else was exceptional!!! I don't have any pics of my new windshield but will attach later!

Great experience! Had to get my windshield replaced for inspection and he decided it would pass by just getting it repaired. He said if it didn’t he would deduct from the repair so I didn’t pay extra! He also helped me get one of my tints off to show me how I can do it myself without charging me. Ray is the man. Very personable off the bat and helped by hopping on a call with my insurance to get everything setup in one call. Wayyyyy better than safelite repair who tried to cancel my appointment for hitting traffic in DC and being 15min late and booked me two weeks out when I couldn’t drive my car that way. Ray set up the windshield fix and the recalibration to my car and it was done in 90min after a one day later appointment (not two weeks)…trustable and honest gents and would highly recommend you go here if you have a time sensitive fix and need something affordable. I highly recommend Reza and his team at Auto Glass Experts. Not only did they demonstrate excellent knowledge and skill, but they cleaned up all traces of the process and gave me clear instructions on what to do going forward. They were prompt, informative, and friendly. They advised me on the different types of glass options available and helped me choose what was right for me. Absolutely the best of the best.
