Beware, this place does not honor its warranty for windshield replacement. Our windshield was installed mid January and had an ever so slight wind noise. We let it go. Our fault. We finally called because now you can’t even talk to a person in the passenger seat. We even called while driving so the owner could hear the noise. Fine. Made an appointment. They call the day of the appointment and cancel. Ok, reschedule for today. This morning a huge crack is in our windshield. It’s a stress crack! Which their warranty covers. The owner insisted stress cracks only come within the first few days of installation. A quick google search says otherwise. If they would have come when they were scheduled there would not have been a crack. They want the windshield in tact for their “reimbursement” from the manufacturer. The point is, the crack is from it sitting crooked and being blasted with wind daily. The owner and his driver were extremely rude and even ended the conversation on the phone by saying “how about this, have a good day bud” and hung up. Never once apologized for their drivers attitude which included the remarks of “if I put your windshield in upside down you wouldn’t know.” “You don’t know how to drive your car and that’s why it has a crack.” After talking to the owner I now understand why his drivers talk the same way to customers.

I am very pleased with my services from AutoGlass Discounters. Originally I had tried to get an appointment with a different business named Xtreme AutoGlass Pros, but they wanted to just play a bunch of phone tag and not call me back after I left voicemails for them. I am so glad I called AutoGlass Discounters next. I called them, they answered immediately,and then we made an appointment for a day later, fitting with my availability. They gave me a quote on the spot for my Honda Civic's rear quarter panel replacement and checked to see they had it in stock. They let me know they'd meet me at my house. The day of the appointment, they called me to say they could come earlier to my house if I wanted, which was great, though I kept the original time due to my availability. The repairperson Thomas was very prompt, very polite and professional. He easily found the meeting spot I asked him to meet me at. It was a very hot summer day, and we were in the dead of the sun, but Thomas made it go by easy by being so well-natured and making me laugh. He fixed the quarter panel and reassembled everything back together again and vacuumed out the broken glass from the back of my car. My mechanic gave me Gary's card. I contacted him. I gave him the information he needed. We got everything straightened out. He needed some info on the technology on my windshield. Within a day or two they replaced the windshield at my mechanic's garage so he could put my stickers on and it looks GREAT! AND he saved me a ton of money had I gone through Safelite and my insurance. The cost of the windshield and installation was LESS than my deductible. If I ever have to go through this again, Gary and his company will get my business!

Affordable and really good service! I have a salvaged Prius that isn't road-ready yet, so we needed a replacement service to come to us. These guys are based right in town, and they were able to set me up with an appointment on the MORNING of the day I called. They were also able to save my quote while I checked to make sure it would fit in the budget, which was really convenient. I messed up my order (turns out the Prius C is shaped nothing like a regular Prius, oops), so Bob got me a new quote on the spot for the correct windshield and brought it over to my house within half an hour. Took em maybe five minutes to figure it out over the phone. The new quote was barely $20 higher than the original, so you can expect no last-minute fee hikes from these guys! He's still installing it, but I'm pleased enough with the service already to give Auto Glass Discounters a full five stars.

This was the first place I called when I needed my windshield replaced after a big cracked appeared. They called me back less than 24 hours after I sent my request, gave me a quote over the phone, and set up an appointment to do work right away. The work was done in my driveway and very quickly.
