Symon had his technician Ivan come out to my home and replace my windshield. He was very friendly and did a very good job replacing my glass. He even gave me some free advice on how to fix my car window that hasn't been going up and down properly. The price was great, and they were out here the following morning. A+ overall

Worst experience ever! I wouldn’t recommend this service with this company because they did a poor job fixing my windshield. Came out to fix my windshield twice within a weeks time and they couldn’t get it right. They offered to fix the problem for a 3rd time but I decided to pay the money and get it done right through the dealership.

Let's just say, I made the worst decision I could ever do about my vehicle by calling and scheduling an appointment with this company. When I called,Simon has ordered a new windshield and scheduled an appointment at my residence's location for a technician to come over and replace my windshield, which cracked due to a rock chips few weeks prior. When a technician named "Pacco" (red flag right there) pulled up to my house, there were no company's graphics or any telephone numbers on his truck. He didn't introduce himself in any professional way or talked me thru the steps, he went straight to my car and looked very rushed. Before he started, I stopped him and mentioned that this truck (a new F150) has cost me a lot of money and that I take good care of my vehicle and would appreciate it if he took his time and great care. As soon as he started cutting the old windshield's adhesive, he did not put any covers on my seats or dashboard. He proceeded to climb all over my car including standing on my front doors and hood and front seats to cut the very top of the windshield. Not to mention how vulgar this person was, cussing out so loud, my wife heard him inside the house. Many times during the time, I mentioned to him if he could please be careful with my truck as I started seeing glass all over my car and the inside. He even brought out a 3lb sledgehammer and a chisel to crack the windshield even more, filling the interior with glass dust. Once the windshield was out, he brought out his leaf blower and blew my whole interior with it, causing the glass dust to get everywhere! I found myself numerous times being asked to help him remove and install the windshield. After the installation, I discovered deep scratches down into the bare metal from the cutting tool he used all over the inside of my A-pillar along with broken tabs of the windshield cowl when initially removed and washer fluid hose left unplugged. When I confronted the installer about the deep scratches, he told me it's impossible to change a windshield without any damage. After he left, I found 2 or 3 used razor in my driveway along with old windshield gaskets laying in my grass. Now I am left with a damaged vehicle and an estimate of $1200 from an auto repair shop which this company is refusing to do anything about it. I have sent numerous emails and phone calls and no luck what so ever. If you need your windshield or any auto glass changed, please think twice prior to calling this company.
