Know other people who use and recommend this place, so I attempted to use them also when I had a dire need. I had a 5x3 foot massive heavy mirror jump off the wall and shatter all over a brand new bathroom. The guy who installed it did it wrong, and I just wanted someone to come and get the frame and take it away to replace the glass and return it and hang it correctly, whatever the cost. I couldn't even get it off the floor where it landed as I had had shoulder surgery that same week. So I called and explained all this and they said it would be later that week and they would call me back to set a time to come. That was mid June and now it is mid July. I gave up on them and hired someone else, so I really don't know about their quality of work, only that I was either forgotten or completely blown off.

These guys did a great job! I highly recommend them. Cheapest place around, too. August 2024: I came back two years later and was again impressed by the quality and timeliness of their windshield replacement. They even successfully transferred over my stickers, saving me time by not having to get a new toll tag, etc! I was very impressed.

This place was lovely. I had a rock hit my windshield and had a small chip. They charged $30 to fill in my chip when I know Safelite charges $130. They did a fantastic job and the man was very friendly. I made the drive from Elkins to Farmington for the service and I will gladly do it again for and glass problems I may have in the future. I highly suggest going to them.

Best place to get your auto glass in all of NWA and pretty sure u won't find any place more professional no matter where u go. Family owned and operated for many many years which makes it even better, there on top of other glass related stuff as well.
