I went in for a windshield replacement, got a bad windshield and was told I had to wait a week to get a new one. Went back a week later got a new windshield but the installer forgot to install a piece of plastic back as well as broke one of the clips on the trim so when driving the trim flew off. The company did order a new trim piece. When I went to pick it up the guy who installed the new trim piece did not remove the extra adhesive the last guy used on the trim so the new trim piece doesn't fit flushed with the car. With all that being said I will not be going back to get any work done at this place. There are a few people here who were helpful but that just isn't enough to get my business.

My boyfriend called to get a repair the same day and they told him it would be done. When they came, they brought the wrong windshield even though he told him the specifics of my car. They couldn’t come back so they came back two days later to do the job. When they came back two days later, they came at the wrong time. When they came at the right time, the windshield was broken so it could not be repaired that day either. My boyfriend couldn’t even get a response back from them to do my windshield. The next day they came and brought another wrong windshield because it was “mislabeled”. They finally came back a few hours later and rushed the job. They claimed that my car was really old. I do not recommend this place, horrible customer service and sloppy repair.

Consider this a glowing review! I will recommend them to all of my friends and family! These guys are so affordable and offer great customer service! I called them late one day and they were able to take me early next morning! My old windshield needed to be replaced and my new windshield's quality is amazing. If I ever have any problems in the future with any of my windows, I will be coming back to help get it fixed. If you want a quote, give them a call since website quotes times fluctuate. Was very nice and got me in quick to get glass replaced on a Sunday, 1st put in wrong brand of glass I paid for, had to go back to get that changed, they told me they would vacuum out glass also, had to go back again to get that done and a extra screw put in that was left in floor, they took truck back and wasn’t back long and I still have glass all in my door. They need to do better at paying attention to what they’re doing and try to do a better job not just being fast to get you out quick, so now I have to take the door panel to get all the noisy glass out of my door something they should’ve done and what I paid for being done but they didn’t do it and I gave them two chances. Would not use them again, also, when I text him the last time to tell him that he still did not vacuum the glass out of my door I got no response. He could’ve at least said sorry or bring it back if you’re in the area and we will get it took care of, so beware and double check their work if you take the chance to use them!

I had high hopes for this place when I took my vehicle in for a windshield replacement, but unfortunately, I was disappointed. While I expected professional and careful work, my 2024 vehicle was returned with visible scuffs and scratches on the interior. It’s frustrating to see damage on a car that’s practically brand new. I had seen the negative reviews and chose to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking it might be a hit or miss — sadly, I ended up agreeing with the concerns others had. If you’re trusting someone with your car, you expect them to treat it with care. I wouldn’t return or recommend this location based on my experience.

Worst experience ever. What’s to the Moline location in Houston on May 4? I called even before I went to ask questions about what type of glass and what I receive my same glass that I have in my vehicle now I was told yes and given a quote for my Nissan I was told the glass will look exactly like the glass I have it just will not have the Nissan logo in the windshield. I waited three hours and 25 minutes. Finally, my car was ready. I was excited so when they pulled my car back to the front, I went outside to inspect their work. I found things wrong right away. The glass panels were not put in and snapped down correctly the glue job was not neat. So I pointed it out to the young lady that brought my car around. She told me to hold on that she would get someone while she was getting someone. I opened up the door to sit in my car and noticed immediately that I had a different windshield so when the manager came outside, I pointed it out to him. He said no ma’am this is your windshield. I said no sir. This is not my windshield. Would you like to see a picture of what my windshield look like and so I showed him. He said my apologies we thought we had your window. The guys had to go to a different store location to get this window not to worry we Will order the correct window could you please keep this window in so the glue will have enough time to dry as immediately upset, but I guess I didn’t have a choice in the matter not to mention I live way on the other side of town so I have wasted three hours snd 25 minutes of my time. This company seems to think that it’s OK to waste people’s time and I have to work around their time being that I’ve already paid for everything and they have to my car. This was not quality Service at all far from it I’m sitting at the Dallas Street location waiting for the manager to call me mind you. I’ve asked him to call me several times. today is May 17 they keep half doing my car and think I’m supposed to be OK with it because they’re busy they want me to wait around to get my stuff fixed when it should be the other way around and they should be expediting getting my stuff done since I was so inconvenience and they don’t wanna give me my money back. My car looks like crap. It was detailed clean. I got back a dirty car fingerprints everywhere scraped up the inside of my car. I’m so upset, but I got a beg to speak to a manager. Sina The manager will not contact me back. He sent any messages through people, but will not speak with me. One of his employees a lady here at the Dallas Street location told me just to write a bad report is what she just told me because my car wasn’t dirty as she wanted it to be she felt like my car should not have been cleaned. She said that all the cars get dirty when the glass is exchanged, they don’t clean it up. The manager will not call me back. I’ve been waiting here almost 3 hours and I have not received a call back
