Wound not recommended. They broke our rear view mirror during installation and instead of sending a tech back out to fix it, the company accused us of the damage. Ivan questioned why it was reported on Tuesday Morning instead of Monday afternoon and stated that the technician seen me drive away in the car hinting that we damaged the mirror ourselves. I explained that we are a business with a fleet of vehicles and did not see the damage initially until we got ready to drive it back to Columbus where it is kept. Still have not heard back from these guys. As a business with a fleet of cars that have damaged windshields often due to driving in rural areas, they could have had ongoing business but chose to interrogate me. Use Safelite or a more repretable company with integrity instead

When one of my rear windows would not roll up, I did some research and discovered I could buy a kit for ~$175 and repair the thing myself.... if I had all of the tools at my disposal. Well, I didn't. So I headed into Atlas just get an estimate. It was a Thursday afternoon, and I was surprised to find they were actually pretty busy! I was acknowledged right away but told it would be another 10 or 15 minutes before anyone could help me. Totally understandable. As soon as a mechanic was free, he walked with me out to my car (I had to park around the corner, this was during the worst of the Fairview construction and road demolition) and he confirmed what my research had told me. Basically, this was common with my make/model/year, that I could do the repair myself, that I could buy the kit online. He told me the work wouldn't take long, an hour tops, and would cost about $200. I handed him my keys and walked to Boheme for a cocktail. An hour later, my window was fixed and the cost of the repairs was basically what I would have paid for the kit alone! Under $200! This was months ago and my window is working well. Highly recommend. Honest work and price, very courteous, and the fact that they were busy is indicative of the reputation they have in this neighborhood.

Terrible experience. I dropped my vehicle off at 10am and was told it would be 2 hours. I assumed they meant 3, so I gave my number to call me when ready. At 2pm (4 hours) I had not heard anything so I went up to the shop and they told me 45 more minutes and that they would call me. Also, throughout the day I called no less that 8 times and no one ever answered. So, I had to keep driving up there to check. That cost me about 2 hours of drive time. Anyway, no one called me so I drove back up at 430pm (6.5 hours after drop-off time) AND THEY WERE CLOSED! They are listed online as open until 530pm. So, my car was locked up inside the building and my son needed it the next day for work. I walked around the building trying to get my car and it was locked a full hour before closing time. Fortunately, I found a technician in his truck about to leave. He said my car was inside and he showed me but it didn't even have a windshield! He said I could call the owner and tried...multiple times. No answer and of course voicemail was too full. The owner texted me that he would get a technician up there to help the other one get it installed but that was a lie. The present technician was honest towards me and said no one was coming. So I ended up helping him to install the windshield. What am I paying for at this point? I regret to say that I DID end up paying for the "service" but only because the technician was nice and honest and I was hoping this went to his paycheck. This is a very dishonest place and I highly recommend finding a different place for windshield repair. I paid $340 to drive two hours, be ignored, face undue stress of having my car locked up that my son needed, and then installed my own windshield.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

Unprofessional staff which led to an absolute horrid experience. I advise you to take videos and pictures of your car BEFORE you hand them the keys. Make sure you document (using a video) the paint on your car and that your windshield wipers work FINE before the car is turned over to them. AND before you leave turn on your windshield wipers to make sure they work. OTHERWISE, they will damage your car and break the motor of your windshield AND attempt to GASLIGHT you into believing somehow YOU did it or it was like that before which was not. In December 2023, I decided to go to ATLAS instead of Safelite Auto glass. I deeply regret this decision. When I called ATLAS to get a quote to have my windshield changed by them, they quoted me $250. I would shortly pay 5x more to fix what they damaged. I then received the quote which stated it was $136.03. I verified it was correct and was told yes. I then on December 4th drove to the West Dallas location and checked in-to my appointment. The young lady in the reception area was arguing with someone on the phone. Once she was done, I gave her my information and she proceeded to charge me $250. I showed her the quote I received and explained the $136.03 was confirmed. She called the person who sends the quote and starts talking to him an in unprofessional manner and I can hear him too. She tells him she “doesn’t want to explain that” to me and that she was going to pass the phone to me so he could talk to me. He is yelling DON’T GIVE HER THE PHONE. The young lady gives me the phone and the guy hangs up when I say hi. The quote guy calls me and reluctantly honors the quote of $136.03 that was emailed to me. When my car was ready, I noticed there was glue all over the side of the car where someone would lean into to work on the windshield. I immediately told the lady in the office where she told me that was not them. Ma’am? The glue is in the same spot on both sides of the car by the windshield! A guy came out and they called the guy who installed it and he denied doing it so the staff blamed me. “It must have been there before” is what they told me. The glue was extremely hard to get off and it damaged the paint on the car. On the 4th on my way home, it was not raining. I put the car inside my own garage and left it there for 1 day. No one had access to the car except –me. On day 2, I drove it on 59 and it started to rain, I turned on my windshield wipers and the left one was broken completely not functional. I immediately removed myself from the freeway and waited until the rain passed and drove it home. I called ATLAS as soon as I arrived home to request ATLAS to look at the car as this was not broken before I took my car there. At first, they said “of course you can bring it in, it's under warranty don't worry. We can get you in today”. But that quickly changed when I sent them the video they requested on what was going on with the windshield wipers. I was told there was an absolutely zero possibility that they broke the windshield wiper. I explained I used the windshield wipers the day before taking the car to Atlas and the windshield wipers worked. I also explained the car had only been in my own garage and their shop. The treated me as I didn’t know what I was talking about because I was a pregnant woman. When I requested a manager or corporate to call me the guy said “sure”. I requested a refund and the guy stated he couldn’t do that. I was denied the corporate number or manager's number when requested. I never heard from a manager nor corporate. I took the car to the dealership where they explained the motor had been broken due to aggressive removal of the windshields. The cost to fix it would be $1109.06. This was a very expensive repair. It has been frustrating to have to deal with such an unprofessional company and their employees. I would never recommend Atlas and have been telling anyone who needs a windshield repair to stay away from this terrible company that does not take any accountability for their actions.

I came here on 9/27/2018 to have my windshield replaced. They were able to replace the windscreen on my Cayman the same day within a few hours. After taking paying around $450, I took my car home and looked more carefully at their work. The installation was a total botch job. They left unprimed paint chips all around the windscreen. There was silicone still protruding around the edges that I had to cut off with a razor blade. the gap between the glass and metal were uneven on the left, right and top sides. There were bits of glass inside the car that they didn't bother to clean. I took my car to another shop and had them take a look at the job and they agreed that it was a very bad job and that they even used the wrong windscreen replacement. The one they used was just a little smaller than needed which was why there was larger than normal gaps between glass and metal. The windscreen they used did not have smooth edging like the factory one did and had micro chipping along the top edge that was visible to my eye. At this point I had already made up my mind that I was going to get a higher quality windscreen replaced by the second shop, which actually came in at a lower cost than the lower quality and wrong sized windscreen. I did go back to Atlas and showed them the work and they quickly agreed to replace it for free with the higher quality windscreen. I had to talk to the owner who told me he wouldn't be able to get the windscreen that I wanted for a few weeks because they were not in stock. I did not accept his offer because at this point I could not trust their work and wanted to be done this nightmare. I was hoping they would at least refund labor or windscreen cost but they did not. Needless to say I was not happy with them and I would not recommend this place. The shop was small and dirty, full of leftover parts and bird droppings everywhere. I should have taken this as a red flag but they did have some great reviews on Google so I decided to trust them with the job. Disclaimer: They have 3 different shops, this review pertains to the one located at 505 Fairview, they share a building with a auto repair shop. The man who helped me was very nice but they just did a remarkable poor job. Carriage Glass and Detail Co, which was the second shop ordered the higher quality windscreen and had it installed the same day I came in and found that one of the A pillar covers had black urethane on it left from the previous job, he kindly showed it to me and asked if I wanted him to remove it with a cleaning solution. After all was said and done, the higher quality windscreen looked so much better on the car and touched up all the paint chips left from the previous job. They threw in the touch up paint and carwash for free to boot! Unbelievably the cost for the higher quality replacement came in lower than the original replacement, I suspect this was because Craig, the owner, felt sorry for me and totally made this terrible situation right for me. They've got a life long customer and I'll be coming here for all my car washing and detail work.
