After calling a number of auto glass shops eg Binzwanger etc and getting some quotes to replace the windshield on my car. I found Atlas Auto Glass on the internet. I was very impressed with the price quote, as it was substantially lower than the other places I called. The $30.00 service call for doing the job at my house was well worth it. And better yet, they came within a couple hours of my call. Couldn't be happier with the service. Paul & Pouria replaced my windshield on my Buick Rendezvous in my garage. They did a great job being very careful and not rushing. Couldn't have asked for a better job. Very accommodating. Meticulous, friendly, polite, careful, and clean with great attention to detail. Just the best. I would fully recommend this company. A great experience overall.

An out of state fender bender shattered my rear window in my SUV. I called Atlas in Houston en route to my destination in Austin and Nakia (manager) set me up with David a technician in Austin. David was unbelievable. He was early to replace my glass window, was incredibly professional and very empathetic to my situation being from out of state and alone dealing with this problem. David was so great he even recommended a local auto body repair shop owned by a friend to get some small damage fixed. He did all that he could to help me and even went above and beyond the job he was scheduled to do. Thank you David!PositivePunctuality, Professionalism

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! This is the BEST shop I have found in Houston! They provide exceptional service at an extremely fair price. I showed up for my appointment to replace my windshield in my BMW, told Reggie that my check engine light came on the day before - he said they had the diagnostics computer, that their mechanic would run and find out the issue. They replaced the windshield AND replaced the leak detection monitor/sensor - I walked in at 9am and drove out at 12:15pm with everything done and still had $$$ in my bank account! Reggie is AWESOME - best customer service experience I can remember in ages. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys and will use for all of my automotive needs.

I could not have been more pleased with the service, price and general kindness I got from Reggie. He knows what he's doing and makes you feel important as opposed to other companies that see you as a number on a chart. I put in a quote with that big company you see all over the T.V. commercials and they wanted to charge me 50% more for a replacement windshield. I dropped my car off at 12:05p and was out of there by 1:15 p.m. All my stickers were put back in the exact same spot, there was zero damage done to my auto dimming rear view mirror, he was cautious with my dash cam as well. I know exactly where I'm sending my family and friends for their window repairs!

Post-repair, critical systems such as autopilot, backup camera, lane assist, cruise control, 360 cameras, and the heads-up display ceased to function entirely. Disturbingly, when I approached the shop seeking resolution, they not only denied any responsibility but callously refused to issue a refund for the $450 I paid. Their refusal to rectify the situation or acknowledge their role in disrupting my car's functionalities is deeply concerning. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and safety is unacceptable. I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of Atlas Auto Glass at all costs. Their lack of accountability and willingness to dismiss serious issues they've caused highlight their unreliability and disregard for customer well-being.

Horrible company, I was quoted $318 for a windshield replacement. I agreed and I set up an appointment, I was told they had my windshield in stock. Arrived at 8:30 am. but At 12:30 pm I was told the windshield got damaged in transport and they didn't have another. The representative Hector lied, they didn't have it in stock. I drove away with my broken windshield. Then I went to All Discount Auto Glass on Shepherd and Parker Rd. They truly had it on site and got it done in an hour for $175. Go to All Discount Auto Glass for better service and prices, just bring cash.
