Got amazing service from Allen! He made my crack look almost invisible. The repair was done so much better than the one that Safelite has done for me in the past, where the small crack was not filled correctly and still very much visible.

Advance Auto Parts in Chelsea is wonderful. I had to buy 2 new windshield wipers. The guy came to my car and looked at them and talked to me and gave me a price. He also installed them for me at no charge. The wipers were very reasonable, and I never had to walk inside the store. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Every experience I've had there has been very good. They are nice people, and I will go back when I need them again.

I went by to get several small chips repaired in my windshield. I was greeted and told I didnt have to exit my vehicle. I was told that my chips were not anything that would cause any issues but to give me a peace of mind he filled them! When I asked what I owed, he told me nothing. I said are you serious, and he stated come back when you have a real chip. I didnt get his name, but I am gonna refer to him as one of God's angels! I left feeling blessed! I would highly recommend this business. In fact, I am gonna tell everyone I know!

Had a chip in my front windshield. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Lance was friendly and efficient, and he even cleaned up my headlight fog for free. I got a $10 discount for using cash, but paid it forward to Lance for the outstanding service!

I visited this location on July 28 2025. I had a small dime size damage caused by a rock. I was completely disappointed in the condescending manner the attendant responded when asked a question about the process and his final answer about the damaged spot when he finished. The damaged spot looked no different than it did before the so called repair! When I question why it was still there he replied “we just guarantee they don’t crack” I reported this to my insurance and they approved a windshield replacement.ServicesAuto windshield repairPrice assessmentNot sure

My windshield still has a crack in it. When I questioned it I was told that they can’t always make the crack go away completely. What is the point then? If I knew I was going to still have a crack in my windshield, I would not have repaired it. He should have told me the crack might still be there before he tried to fix it. So, I am out $80 and still have a crack and will have to buy a new windshield. What a disappointment. My issue was with the location on 280 in the Brook highland shopping center.
