My first impression was during my phone call with Mr Doug. He was very accommodating & was at my home the following morning. I felt good after that call, feeling I had made the right choice. He arrived professionally & on time. He answered all my questions. I ask a lot of questions when it comes to certain tasks because I am always interested in learning new things. Doug with Astro Mobile Windshield Crack Repair was a big help. While traveling through Gulfport, MS., a rock cracked the windshield of our new car and we needed to get it fixed right away before we got back on the road the same day. Despite repairing windows all day, Doug came by in the sweltering heat and took care of the spider crack in the windshield. He also informed me of a product that he offers to prevent future cracks, a windshield coating, that I’m seriously looking into investing into because it’s cheaper than my insurance deductible. I have recently moved to this area and did not know anyone here. I took a rock to my windshield while traveling 2 days before Christmas. I contacted Astro while I was on my way to Biloxi and Doug advised me to put scotch tape on the area to keep water out of the chip site until he could repair.
