Archies Auto Glass and Tint

Had an appointment with safelite to get my windshield replaced. After I drove all the way up from Sedona I was told they wouldn’t be able to calibrate the sensors and I would have to take the car to the dealer to get calibrated. I called the dealer and they wanted an additional $1000 for just the calibration. So I called Archie’s and they were able to get me in last minute to install the new windshield and calibrate. Done in an hour! Excellent service and one extremely happy customer! 100/10 would recommend.

Came in today for a rock chip. Could tell the crew was busy and had a lot of work so I was going to ask for an later appointment. However, I was helped immediately and asked how soon I wanted it done. This is the type of business that treats you like family. Had a wonderful conversation and discussed a lot. Will definitely bring all of my future business here and cannot recommend highly enough. If you’re in need for tint or windshield replacement give the guys at Archie’s a call. They will treat you like family!

They also do a great job of installing the tint, and they make sure that you're happy with the results before you leave. Definitely appreciate the customer service and dedication from the owner to contact me and keep future business! 2 things I'm reviewing: 1: The actual tint work - 5/5 Stars I had my back windshield redone. My original tint was peeling off, so this is a much-needed upgrade. They removed the old film and applied a new one. The new tint from Archies looks amazing, no bubbles, and overall super sharp! Already makes a huge difference for me for looks and driving. Tint alone, I would return as a customer. Tint removal - $100 New Tint application- $150 2: Customer Service -  3/5 Scraps from the original tint were left in my car, dried water drops on side panels from spraying tint on, excess water on floor mats in the back of the car, and smudges on the back windshield. Also some moisture on my back speakers. I don't want to take extra time to clean up after a service like this when it can be avoided by the business. I could see myself returning in the future. Hoping this review helps with feedback and adjustments.

By far the most quality, convenient, and accommodating service I’ve ever worked with. My windshield had a crack too big to repair, and Taylor and his guys made the whole process seamless! From taking care of the insurance claim, to getting it done the same day I would recommend Archie’s to anyone. What I thought was going to be a hassle was the most painless experience I’ve ever had. Not to mention the sun protection film put on, I know I had two guys who truly care for what they do which was refreshing! 11/10

Taylor was amazing! Communicative, fast, and everything was done flawlessly! I drove up to Flagstaff for my window tint because of his reviews and doing great work for my family.
